The paper presents the analysis of modern domestic and foreign scientific and technical literature that addresses organization of healthy nutrition for athletes. The results obtained allow us to conclude that most of the studies and experiments have been performed in accordance with the target activities of athletes in a particular sport with different physical loads and specific diseases that reduce effectiveness of their training cycle. Relevance and significance of the development of the biotechnology for specialized food products for nutrition of athletes and professionals, as well as amateurs and the population regularly engaged in physical exercises is defined. The aim of the study is formulated, study objects and methods are described, scientific substantiation is provided, and a current trend in the development of biotechnological parameters of a specialized dairy (curd) product recommended for nutrition of athletes is determined. The study optimized the elemental composition of a new type of specialized product with two species of starter culture with probiotic cultures and special ingredients (concentrate of Milki land-WPC 80 whey proteins, glutamine, pollen) used to enrich the new product with free irreplaceable amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. This increased its digestibility and stability of the athlete’s gastrointestinal tract due to a specialized product that contains immobilized probiotic cultures in an amount of at least 1·108 CFU. Chemical, amino-acid and vitamin composition of specific ingredients is presented, characteristics of their macro- and microelement composition are provided, and the relevance of their use is substantiated. Technological parameters for manufacturing a new product are determined, and a block diagram of the technology for manufacturing a curd product for the nutrition of athletes is presented.

The main area of research is to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment of tubal-peritoneal infertility using microsurgical endovileohirurgicheskih and innovative technologies. Of great importance is a reliable diagnosis of interruption of tubal patency as a criterion tuboperitoneal infertility. Hysterosalpingography, gidrogisterosalpingoehografiya, contrast ehogisterosalpingografiya, multislice computed gisterosalpingografyui are the main non-invasive methods of diagnosis interruption of tubal patency, aimed at identifying organic changes in the fallopian tubes new direction in the diagnosis of tubal infertility is the study of the function of the reflex interruption of tubal patency. A method for the diagnosis of tubal patency in infertility atent RF 2522395), comprising carrying out a dynamic contrast ehogisterosalpingografii blockade on the background of pathological reflexes, leading to disruption of cross-reflex isthmic parts of the fallopian tubes. The theoretical basis is the principle of convergence and divergence pathological impulses, against which develops functional disorders in organs not involved in the primary pathological process. In a study of 89 women, aimed at operative treatment for tubal peritoneal infertility by the proposed method in 23 (25,4 ± 4,5%) patients had contrast flow into the fallopian tubes and then into the abdominal cavity. At the same time 7 (7,9 ± 2,7%) noted patency restoration of one of the fallopian tubes. That is, the use of contrast against the background of the blockade ehogisterosalpingografii pathological impulses to isthmic region of the fallopian tubes department revealed functional reflex cause violation of their patency. A promising area is the development of methods to assess the transport function of the fallopian tubes.
70 pregnant patients were examined with a diagnosis of dorsopathy, which were divided into 2 groups: group 1 performed the course of therapeutic gymnastics procedures (n = 35), group 2 was control (n = 35). If dorsopathy was diagnosed before pregnancy, patients gave Rg-, CT-or MRIconclusion to their obstetrician-gynecologist. If for the first time they had low back pain (LBP) during the ongoing pregnancy, they were directed to consultation with the neurologist. The duration of the course of therapeutic gymnastics was 450 minutes (7.5 hours), it was held three times a week during 5 weeks under control physician exercises therapy. To assess the quality of life and the level of disability, we used the Osvestri questionnaire, EuroQol-5D questionnaire (EuroQuality of life-5 Dimensions), visual analog scale (VAS), verbal rating scale (VRS). The 1st group filled this questionnaire twice (before and after the course of physician exercises), the 2nd grouponly once (at the time the LBP was registered, Me (gestational age) = 32 weeks). The analysis of the data allowed obtaining statistically significant results confirming the effectiveness of the physician therapy during pregnancy of women with dorsopathy.
