Die begrenzte und widerspr?chliche Evidenz zum Thema ?Saugverwirrung? tr?gt zus?tzlich zur Unsicherheit bei. Der folgende Beitrag widmet sich dem Spannungsfeld zwischen Stillen, Zuf?tterung von S?uglingsnahrung im klinischen Bereich, dem Gebrauch von k?nstlichen Saugern und den Ursachen von Saugverwirrung bei Neugeborenen.
Zusammenfassung. Damit die Auszubildenden in der Pflege einen möglichst umfangreichen Einblick in alle Bereiche der Pflege bekommen, müssen große Mengen an Abteilungen durchlaufen werden. Die Folge dieser gesetzlichen Festlegung sind regelmäßige Wechsel der Ausbildungsstationen oder auch Institutionen. Hier zeigt sich in Reflexionsgesprächen mit Auszubildenden und einarbeitenden Personen, dass der Integrationsprozess von Auszubildenden in neue Stationsteams voller Fallstricke, Missverständnisse und falschen Erwartungen steckt.

Zur Behandlung eignet sich besonders die Fototherapie, die allerdings S?ugling und Eltern stark belastet. Die Pflege und Betreuung aller Betroffenen nimmt dabei viel Zeit in Anspruch, kann aber entscheidend dazu beitragen, dass diese Belastung m?glichst gering gehalten wird.
