Aim - presents data on the number of cells of the lymphoid series and the cellular composition of the lymphoid tissue in the mucosa of the vaginal vestibule at different age periods of ontogenesis. Materials and methods. The study material was preparations of the vaginal vestibule taken from 45 women of different ages (from newborns to 75 years). By age periods, the material was subdivided according to the standard scheme of age periodization. Cross sections of the organ wall were stained with hematoxylin - eosin and according to Van Gieson. In a number of cases, the silvering of Grimelius was performed. Obtained during the study of digital data were subjected to statistical processing. Results. Analysis of the results showed that lymphoid formations are located mainly near the glands. Glandular - lymphoid relationships are less impressed in newborns, to the maximum extent from early childhood to the 1st period of adulthood, in the elderly and senile age of cells. There are fewer lymphoid rows near the initial divisions and in the stroma of the glands. The lymphoid apparatus of the vaginal vestibule is represented by all the morphogenetic forms of the lymphoid tissue. The qualitative composition of lymphoid tissue is of the same type in all its morphogenetic forms, regardless of age. It has been established that there are close microsynthopic connections between immune structures and small glands of the vestibule. The intensity of these relationships has ontogenetic features. They are relatively weak in new - borns, are maximal in early childhood and weaken after the 1st period of adulthood. Conclusion. The study allowed us to identify previously unknown patterns of morphogenesis of lymphoid structures of the vaginal vestibule.
The aim of the study is the determining of the variability of the forms and some dimensional indicators of the small glands of the vestibule of the vagina in the main periods of human postnatal ontogenesis by the macro-microscopic method. On 163 total vestibule preparations of the vagina of different ages, the shape and size of the small glands were studied. The glands were stained with methylene blue solution. The results of the study showed that the size parameters of the glands of the walls of the vestibule of the vagina, during the period of postnatal ontogenesis, increase in comparison with the neonatal period and reach the maximum ontogenetic value in the 1st period of mature age. Starting from the 2nd period of mature age, the size of the initial part of the small glands of the vestibule is reduced. Compared with the 1st period of mature age, the length of the initial section of the glands in old age decreases 1.5-1.7 times, the width of the initial section decreases 1.3-1.7 times. The shape of the glandular apparatus of the vestibule of the vagina also changes significantly throughout postnatal ontogenesis. In newborns and in early childhood, the glands are predominantly of the simplest form - with one initial part. The maximum diversity of the form of the small glands of the vestibule is at the age of 22-35 years. This is reflected in a decrease in the occurrence of simple-shaped glands with one initial section and an increase in the percentage of more complex glands with a significant number of initial sections.
Structural Features of Vestibule of the Vaginas' Small Glands in Newborn Girls with Anomalies of Internal Genital OrgansThe purpose of the study was to identify the structural features of the small glands of the vestibule vagina with some anomalies in the development of internal genital organs.Material and methods. Glands of the vaginal vestibule of 18 newborn girls with internal genital anomalies were examined histologically using light microscopy. The comparison group consisted of 10 cases of newborn girls without pathological changes in the urogenital apparatus. After separation of the vestibule from the surrounding structures from the organ wall, longitudinal fragments were cut out, which were fixed in formalin and, after posting on alcohols, an increasing concentration was poured into paraffin. Sections 5-7 microns thick were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and by Van Gieson. Craigberg reaction was also conducted. The digital data obtained during the study were subjected to statistical proces...
Tədqiqatın məqsədi. Təqdim olunan hazırkı tədqiqat işinin məqsədi qoca yaşlı qadınların uşaqlıq borusunda yerləşən limfoid törəmələrin, regional, morfoloji (makromikroskopik), fərdi quruluş xüsusiyyətlərini öyrənmək olmuşdur. Material və metodlar. Tədqiqatın obyekti 56 yaş və ondan yuxarı vəfat etmiş 27 qadından autopsiya zamanı götürülmüş sağ və sol uşaqlıq borularının köndələn kəsiklərindən hazırlanmış və müxtəlif üsullarla rənglənmiş histoloji preparatlar olmuşdur. Limfa düyünlərinin morfometrik parametrləri MBS-9 stereomikroskopu ilə təsvir olunmuş və statistik hesablamalar aparılmışdır. Tədqiqatın nəticələri. Apardığımız tədqiqatın nəticəsində müəyyən etmişik ki, 56 yaşdan başlayaraq uşaqlıq borularının selikli qişası limfa düyünləri saxlanılmaqla bərabər, onlar istər miqdarca, istər formaca və istərsə də morfoloji quruluşca (eni, uzunluğu) involyutiv dəyişikliklərə məruz qalır. Sağ və sol uşaqlıq borularının selikli qişasında yerləşən limfa düyünlərinin makromikroskopik quruluşunda heç bir nəzərə çarpacaq fərq aşkar edilməmişdir. Uşaqlıq borusunun uşaqlıq hissəsində limfa düyünlərinin miqdarı ən az göstəriciyə malikdir.
Целю исследования являлось размерно-количественные показатели числа гландулацитов в составе малых желез преддверия влагалища.
