The redescriptions of two genera of Opsiini (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae), Concavifer Dlabola, 1960 and Phlepsopsius Dlabola, 1979, are given based on specimens collected recently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Concavifer nativus Zhuravlev, 1991 syn. nov., and C. sagittatus Emeljanov, 1972 syn. nov. are proposed as new subjective junior synonyms of C. marmoratus Dlabola, 1960. Phlepsopsius africanus Abdul-Nour, 2007, syn. nov., is proposed as a new subjective junior synonym of P. arabicus Dlabola, 1979. The genus Hishimonus Ishihara, 1953 is newly reported for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the species H. phycitis (Distant, 1908). A key is provided to distinguish the species of Concavifer.

A new genus, of the leafhopper tribe Opsiini, Paraorosius is proposed to accommodate Orosius minuicus Dlabola, 1979 and, P. hanii sp. n. from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A key to the genera of Opsiini of the Arabian Peninsula is provided.

The genus Oshaibahus El-Sonbati & Wilson gen. nov. is described with the type species Platymetopius zizyphi Bergevin, 1922. Two new species, O. kadiae El-Sonbati & Wilson gen. et sp. nov. from Sudan and O. linnavuorii El-Sonbati & Wilson gen. et sp. nov. from Iraq are described, and a new combination, Oshaibahus zizyphi (Bergevin, 1922) gen. et comb. nov. is proposed. The genus Masiripius Dlabola, 1981 (type species: Mahalana lugubris Distant, 1918) is redefined. An illustrated key to genera of the subtribe Opsiina and a key to species of Oshaibahus gen. nov. are presented to facilitate identification.

The genus Naevus Knight, 1970 is recorded from the mountains of southwestern Saudi Arabia, the first record from the Arabian Peninsula. A new species, Naevus hathali El-Sonbati & Wilson sp. n. is described here, which appears to have an asymmetric aedeagus. An illustrated key to Naevus species is presented to facilitate identification.

The leafhopper genus Opsius Fieber, 1866 is revised for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Seven species are treated, including three that previously were reported by Dlabola (1979), O. pallasi (Lethierry, 1874), O. tigripes (Lethierry, 1876), and O. versicolor (Distant, 1908). Opsius heydeni (Lethierry, 1876), O. richteri Dlabola 1960, and O. scutellaris (Lethierry, 1874) are reported for the first time from the Kingdom. A new species, O. wilsoni El-Sonbati, sp. nov. is described from the southwestern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A key to the species of Opsius of the Kingdom is also provided.

The identity of the Old World grass feeding leafhopper species Soractellus nigrominutus Evans, 1966 is clarified and its distribution revised. Based on examination of material, from throughout its range, the following species are placed as new subjective junior synonyms of S. nigrominutus: S. jianfengensis Xing & Li, 2014, syn. nov., and S. lalianensis Naveed & Zhang, 2018, syn. nov. The following new country records for S. nigrominutus are recorded: Thailand, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Senegal, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia.

The genus Orosius Distant, 1918 is revised from the Arabian Peninsula. Four species are considered, two of them as new records, O. aegypticus Ghauri, 1966 stat. rev.; O. cellulosus (Lindberg, 1927). O. albicinctus Distant, 1918 has been previously recorded by Dlabola (1980). A new species, O. viraktamathi El-Sonbati & Wilson sp. n. is also described. A key to species is provided.
