Визначено доцільність застосування економіко-математичних оптимізаційних моделей для обґрунтування цін та обсягу продукції з метою отримання підприємством максимального прибутку на основі використання аналітичних можливостей економічної моделі беззбитковості виробництва. Сформульовано у змістовному та математичному вигляді задачу оптимізації для визначення рівня цін та обсягу продукції багатономенклатурного виробництва, що дозволяє отримати максимум прибутку при обмеженнях на величину виробничої потужності. Як параметр оптимізації запропоновано використати величину маржинального доходу за видами продукції, для якого визначаються оптимальні значення її ціни та обсягу. Розроблено схему розв'язання сформульованої задачі та надано рекомендації щодо виконання її блоків. Як вихідні дані використано залежності цін та змінних витрат на одиницю продукції від обсягу її виробництва, на основі яких розраховується маржинальний дохід на одиницю продукції та відповідний обсяг продукції. Для розв'язання задачі обрано метод покрокової оптимізації. Кожний крок-це черговий вид продукції. На ньому формується масив величини маржинального доходу для обсягу продукції в натуральному вимірі за вибраним інтервалом, з якого обирається максимальна величина. Далі перевіряються умови обмеження. У результаті для кожного виду продукції визначаються максимальні величини маржинального доходу та відповідні йому ціни й обсяг продукції. Потім, шляхом віднімання від суми максимальних величин для всіх видів продукції величини загальних постійних витрат, розраховується величина прибутку, яка для даних умов задачі оптимізації є максимальною. Проведено перевірку запропонованих рекомендацій на прикладі з умовними даними для трьох видів продукції.
