The article raises the problem of introducing digital and distance technologies in the scientific and educational process, as well as issues of developing digital literacy and competence of teachers. The authors made an attempt to highlight various digital education projects implemented in Kazakhstan, provide examples of various scientific seminars and webinars on the training of pedagogical personnel, foreign researches in this area, analyze the impact of online learning on the organization, content and teaching methods. As an illustration of the blended learning strategy, the experience of the annual international competition of scientific research of schoolchildren and students “Zhas zertteushi” in online format is highlighted. The article describes the main provisions of the competition, the algorithm and organization of the competition using distance technologies based on synchronous learning. The authors note the distinctive features of the scientific event and conclude that constant feedback and the readiness of the competition moderators to provide methodological assistance creates a stable motivation for the participants to research activities.
Modern conditions for remote communication and learning have entailed the spread of digital technologies, when teachers are actively involved in the process of searching for new knowledge and mastering effective digitalization tools. Responding to modern challenges, the authors propose to create on the basis of KazNPU named after Abai «Student digital SRW-club», the purpose of which is to stimulate research and educational activities of students, cultivate students’ enthusiasm, form critical thinking and leadership skills, skills of creative activity, work in a team. The project «Student digital research club» is based on remote scientific activities and gamification elements that will allow students to instill interest in research work. The novelty of the project is that for the first time at a qualitatively new level, an attempt is made to modernize the process of the research process for university students. The work is promising, since through the creation of innovative methods, the competitiveness of the training of domestic teaching staff is increased.
This article examines the relevance of modernization of today`s education, in particular, the reform of activities in the management of educational organizations. Modernization of management of educational organizations involves the introduction of innovative approaches in the management of educational organizations. It was revealed that one of the priority areas that characterize the activities of modern educational institutions is the transformation of its management cycle. As one of the effective management methods, in contrast to the existing traditional vertical command-administrative system, is considered a horizontal-cyclical organizational structure (HCOS). This transformation has aimed to the implementation of decentralized coordination of the actions of the relevant organizational units (the formed departments) in the process of performing common tasks. The presented work will investigate the implementation of HCOS on the example of the Institute of Natural sciences and geography of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
