Materials and Methods Isolation of pathogen and maintenance of biocontrol agents A. solani taken from infected tissue of diseased fruits of tomato were inoculated on water agar medium (2%; 2 g agar/100ml of sterile distillate water) and incubated at 25°C for 3 days. After incubation, single spore colony was transferred to the Petri dishes containing Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) to obtain pure culture of the pathogen. The commercially released endophytic bacterial strains B.
