This paper presents a novel and computationally efficient multiobject tracking-by-detection algorithm with interacting particle filters. The proposed online tracking methodology could be scaled to hundreds of objects and could be completely parallelized. For every object, we have a set of two particle filters, i.e. local and global. The local particle filter models the local motion of the object. The global particle filter models the interaction with the other objects and scene. These particle filters are integrated into a unified Interacting Markov Chain Monte Carlo (IMCMC) framework. The local particle filter improves its performance by interacting with the global particle filter while they both are run in parallel. We indicate the manner in which we bring in object interaction and domain specific information into account by using global filters without further increase in complexity. Most importantly, the complexity of the proposed methodology varies linearly in the number of objects. We validated the proposed algorithms on two completely different domains 1) Pedestrian Tracking in urban scenarios 2) Biological cell tracking (Melanosomes). The proposed algorithm is found to yield favorable results compared to the existing algorithms.
Agriculture is the very important sector of each country, where the gross domestic pay relies on it. The outcome of the agriculture or crop management was completely based on the end yield and the market rate. The complete factor of the crop yield depends on timely monitoring and suggestion. Artificial intelligence gives a way to monitor the crop and to predict the yield in an automatized outcome. The study has been made on the deep learning and its hybrid techniques such as Artificial neural network, deep neural network and Recurrent neural network. It helped to identify how the technology of artificial intelligence helps to improve the crop yield. The research study clearly gives the idea and need of recurrent neural network and hybrid network in the field of agriculture. It also shows how it outperforms the other networks such as artificial neural network and convolutional neural network. The results were analyzed and the future perspectives were drawn with the obtained outcome.
Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a pathological disorder that necessitates quick diagnosis and decision making. Computed tomography (CT) is a precise and highly reliable diagnosis model to detect hemorrhages. Automated detection of ICH from CT scans with a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) model is useful to detect and classify the different grades of ICH. Because of the latest advancement of deep learning (DL) models on image processing applications, several medical imaging techniques utilize it. This study develops a new densely connected convolutional network (DenseNet) with extreme learning machine (ELM)) for ICH diagnosis and classification, called DN-ELM. The presented DL-ELM model utilizes Tsallis entropy with a grasshopper optimization algorithm (GOA), named TEGOA, for image segmentation and DenseNet for feature extraction. Finally, an extreme learning machine (ELM) is exploited for image classification purposes. To examine the effective classification outcome of the proposed method, a wide range of experiments were performed, and the results are determined using several performance measures. The simulation results ensured that the DL-ELM model has reached a proficient diagnostic performance with the maximum accuracy of 96.34%.
