В настоящее время накоплен обширный материал по обнаружению сопутствующей инфекции при разных формах экземы [1-5]. Наибольшее количество исследований было проведено при микробной экземе. При обострении заболевания возрастает частота идентификации грибов преимущественно в ассоциации со S. aureus, Str. faecalis, Str. pyogenes при практически неизмененной микробиоте кожи [2]. Представлены особенности течения дерматоза, осложненного кандидозом [3]. При обследовании пациентов с микробной экземой в очагах поражения отмечен значительный рост грамположительных микроорганизмов, представленных бактериями рода Staphylococcus, в меньшей степени Streptococcus.
