In modern conditions, agricultural producers must develop in digital technological formats, attract investment and highly qualified personnel, and work to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products and labor productivity. Using the example of agriculture in the Smolensk region, we consider options for using modern digital technologies that will lead to increased efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. The project of a digital agricultural platform in the Smolensk region is proposed.
The subject of the research is agrarian tourism. The object of the current research is the farms of Russia. Methods of systemic and comparative analysis were used. As a result of scientific research, the following result was obtained. The preconditions for the development of agritourism in Western Europe are considered. Experience analyzed development of agricultural tourism in the regions of Russia: Kaliningrad region, Krasnodar Territory, Altai Republic, Altai Territory, Leningrad region, Kaluga region, Yaroslavl region. Agritourism considered as a way to generate income. The main advantages of Russian agritourism include: low competition, low threshold for entering the market, minimal risks, the ability to expand business, growing demand, the ability to engage in agribusiness in any region of Russia. The analysis showed that the experience of European countries and some regions of Russia indicates that the transition of farmers from the traditional area of agricultural production to a new area of tourist services occurs in a difficult economic period and, accordingly, the period of a pandemic is a powerful impetus for the active development of Russian agritourism.
The subject of the study is digital phytosanitary monitoring of agricultural crops. The object of the study is agricultural crops of the Russian Federation. The following main research methods are used: monographic method; method of analysis and synthesis; method of observation; method of comparison; method of expert assessments. As a result of the scientific research, the following result was obtained. The concept and essence of digital phytosanitary monitoring of agricultural crops are considered. We have determined that digital phytosanitary monitoring of agricultural crops is understood as a high-tech process that includes monitoring the state of growth and development of plants in order to protect them from harmful organisms and the influence of environmental factors. Three options for conducting phytosanitary monitoring of agricultural crops in the Russian Federation are considered: the use of satellite systems; the use of aviation equipment; the use of sensors and devices of agricultural machinery. The differences between digital phytosanitary monitoring of crops and the traditional method are determined by the following five characteristics: the time of monitoring; access to information; the possibility of physical damage to the studied plants; spatial and temporal analysis of vast, remote territories and interaction with each other; obtaining final results.
This article presents the results of a research. It is aimed to investigate the business processes of the key participants of the projected digital platform of the agroindustrial complex. Moreover, the authors assess the potential for their optimization during the transition to the application of a digital communication platform. The techniques of analysis and synthesis, system and process approaches, and the IDEF3 method are used. The authors have previously formed ontological and cognitive models of the agro-industrial complex. This paper verifies the research hypothesis concerning the possibility of improving individual business processes of management entities while applying the tools of a digital communication platform. In order to do this, business processes are displayed on the example of a manufacturer of agricultural products in animal husbandry. We have identified a number of business processes in the category of providing, which can be improved with the use of a digital industry platform of the agro-industrial complex.
