Социализация студентов в современной системе образования (на примере студентов высших учебных заведений г. Хабаровска) Современный этап развития российского общества характеризуется активными изменениями в традиционных социальных институтах. Особое значение приобретают процессы, происходящие в высшей школе. Высшее образование является основой для любого общества, так как осуществляет образовательную, воспитательную, а соответственно и социализирующую функции. Роль образования в реализации обучения и воспитания расширяется, соответственно возрастает и роль студенчества, осваивающего и транслирующего информацию, предоставляемую системой образования. В настоящий момент объем информации постоянно увеличивается. Для современного человека нарастает важность способностей принимать, обрабатывать и транслировать поступающую информацию. Поэтому, исследование социализации студенчества в условиях высшей школы приобретает особое значение. Образование является целенаправленным процессом воспитания и обучения молодого поколения. В процессе получения образования обучающиеся приобретают знания, умения, ценностные установки, профессиональные навыки, первоначальный опыт профессиональной деятельности, осваивают необходимые компетенции [21, с. 72]. В образовательном учреждении создаются условия для самоопределения и социализации обучающихся на основе духовных, нравственных ценностей и социокультурных норм поведения. В соответствии с федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом, обучающиеся получают соответствующую профессиональную квалификацию. Обучающемуся необходимо выполнить обязательные требования определенного уровня к профессии, специальности и направлению подготовки. Образовательный стандарт направления подготовки утверждается образовательной организацией высшего образования. Содержание и структура профессиональных программ, условия их реализации и сроки обучения также соответствуют федеральным государственным требованиям. Подготовленность молодого специалиста к требованиям рынка во многом зависит от социализации и адаптации студента в условиях высшей школы. По данным статистического ежегодника "Образование в Российской Федерации", свыше 80 % выпускников российских школ поступают в высшие учебные заведения. В условиях рынка формируется повышенный спрос на образовательные услуги высшей школы [20, с. 74]. В последнее время значимость исследований в области социологии студенчества особенно возрастает, так как студенчество, как социальная группа, становится все более многочисленной. Студенчество исследуется с позиции социально-демографических характеристик, политических взглядов и ценностных ориентиров, жизненного самоопределения и жизненных стратегий в работах Ю.
The article examines the problems of the modern system of higher education in the formation of a young specialist with sufficient competencies. The role of students' independent work in the educational process is analyzed. It reveals what qualities are formed in students in the process of independent work. The possibilities and effectiveness of independent work in consolidating the acquired knowledge, mastering new educational material, searching and selecting information on the topic under study are analyzed. The results of the annual monitoring made it possible to assess the role of independent work in the formation of a professional personality.
The article raises the problem of voluntary student associations and students self-organization in higher educational institutions. It analyzes the motivation, need and reasons for the association of students and the degree of their self-organization. The role of the university in the associations and self-organization of students is specified in the article. It has been established that junior students are more prone to associations, while senior students have lower motivation for associations, as well as self-organization.
