Замісні трансплантати в травматології та ортопедії Резюме. Робота присвячена дослідженню розвитку використання біоматеріалів для заміщення дефектів довгих кісток. Останніми десятиліттями намітилась активна тенденція, спрямована на створення матеріалів, які заміняють пошкоджені шкірні покриви, м'язову та кісткову тканину, судини та нервові волокна. На даний період такі матеріали дістали назву «біоматеріали». Одним із перспективних напрямків є виготовлення композиційних матеріалів на основі біоскла. Розглянуто особливості використання біоматеріалів різної природи, позитивні властивості та проблеми, пов'язані з їх використанням. Сформульовано вимоги до сучасних біоматеріалів, які використовуються для імплантації. Коротко охарактеризовано еволюцію даного напрямку та основні віхи. Визначено перспективні напрямки щодо подальших досліджень у даній галузі.
У роботі пропонуються результати чисельного дослідження впливу на напружено-деформований стан елементів ноги людини здійснення оперативного лікування, заміни пошкоджених остеомієлітом тканин имплантатами, виготовленних з біоскла. Математична модель здійснених досліджень застосовує основні співвідношення механіки суцільного середовища у зв'язці з чисельними методами, зокрема, методом скінченних елементів. В ході дослідження розглядалися три розрахункові групи, відмінності яких полягали у розмірах имплантату з біоскла, кожна група, в свою чергу, складалася з чотирьох розрахункових схем, дві з яких описували «інтактний» стан та «пошкоджений», інші дві розрахункові схеми описували ногу людини після оперативного лікування з установки ымплантатів. виготовлених з різних типів біоскла-AC-5 та FAR-5, відповідно. За підсумками досліджень були отримані характеристики напружено-деформованого стану та здійснено порівняльний аналіз. ПУШКАШ ЧИСЛЕННОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ НАПРЯЖЕННО-ДЕФОРМИРОВАННОГО СОСТОЯНИЯ НОГИ ЧЕЛОВЕКА ПОСЛЕ ОПЕРАТИВНОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ БИОСТЕКЛА В работе предлагаются результаты численного исследования влияния на напряженно-деформированное состояние элементов ноги человека проведения оперативного лечения, замены поврежденных остеомиелитом тканей имплантатами, изготовленных из биостекла. Математическая модель проведенных исследований базировалась на основных соотношениях механики сплошной среды в связке с численными методами, в частности, методом конечных элементов. В ходе исследования рассматривались три расчетные группы, различия которых заключались в размерах имплантатов из биостекла, каждая группа, в свою очередь, состояла из четырех расчетных схем, две из которых описывали «интактное» состояние и «поврежденное», другие две расчетные схемы описывали ногу человека после оперативного лечения по установке имплантатов, изготовленных из различных типов биостекла-AC-5 и FAR-5, соответственно. По итогам исследований были получены характеристики напряженно-деформированного состояния и проведен сравнительный анализ. Експериментальне дослідження міцності кісток щурів із дефектом, заповненим біосклом Резюме. Актуальність. Одним з перспективних матеріалів для заміщення кісткових дефектів є біосклоактивний матеріал, що складається зі склоподібної матриці й мікрокристалів. Біоактивне скло належить до класу кераміки, що здатна взаємодіяти з тканинами організму. Але навіть при доволі значному поширенні біоскла вплив його на міцнісні характеристики кістки після заміщення дефекту мало вивчений. Мета: вивчити в експерименті механічну міцність кісток лабораторних щурів із дефектом, заповненим біосклом.
