The difficulty of assessing the state lies in a little predictable change in the dimension of a dynamic system under the influence of internal changes and environmental parameters. In the work, the state of such a system is estimated by the method of integral indicators. The application of the method of integral indicators allowed us to evaluate the activity of an enterprise. In the present work, the method of integrated indicators is used to assess the control of a digital copy (enterprise). Using the author’s complex of programs, the activity of an enterprise (digital copy) is modeled as a dynamic non-stationary, in structure, system of 1.2 million values with spaces identified at each time step: output data, control data, and environmental parameters. The research showed significant changes in the values of the integral indicator characterizing the state of a dynamic system when implementing different regimes of control for a woodworking enterprise and a construction company. In the first and second examples, an underestimation of the invisible material flows of production processes of “shadow” businesses-processes were found to be 4.5 billion rubles per year. In the third example, the loss of the enterprise from stop businesses-processes for 4 years will amount to 188.8 million rubles.
The purpose of the study was to determine the problem of control of a dynamic system of higher dimension. Relying on Leontev input-output balance, we formalized the dynamic system and synthesized its control. Within the research, we developed a mathematical model that combines different working objects that consume and release various resources. The value of the penalty for all nodes and objects is introduced into the matrix representation of the problem, taking into account various options for their interaction, i.e., the observation problem. A matrix representation of the planning task at each working object is formed. For the formed system, a control loop is created; the influencing parameters of the external environment are indicated. We calculated the system operational mode, taking into account the interaction of the nodes of objects with each other when the parameters of the external environment influence them. Findings of research show that in achieving a complex result, the system is inefficient without optimal planning and accounting for the matrix of penalties for the interaction of nodes and objects of the dynamic system with each other. In a specific example, for a dynamic system with a dimension of 4.8 million parameters, we estimated the control taking into account the penalty matrix, which made it possible to increase the inflow of additional resources from the outside by 2.4 times from 130 billion conv. units up to 310 conv. units in 5 years. Taking into account the maximum optimization of control in the nodes, an increase of 3.66 times in the inflow of additional resources was ensured --- from 200.46 to 726.62 billion rubles
A review of scientific literature showed the relevance of the issue of assessing the training of an engineering specialist. Engineering includes a variety of works that relate to production issues. To assess the training of an engineering specialist, the digital twin of the enterprise is used. The digital twin of an enterprise includes all major pre-production, production and production support processes. A method for assessing the competencies received by an engineering specialist has been selected. The set of competencies is associated with the ongoing processes of the digital twin of an industrial enterprise. The normal mode of execution of the enterprise production processes is measured. The mode of operation of the processes was measured taking into account the new competencies of an engineering specialist. The study proposes a methodology for assessing the competence of an engineering specialist. The assessment of the effectiveness of the training passed by him.
