To develop solutions to the problems of providing high-speed Internet, that is, a high-quality service, up to a certain point, there is the possibility of improving quality by increasing the hardware resources of the system, but, as practice shows, quantity does not always mean quality, and the effectiveness of the service delivery system takes into account the advantageous positioning of resources with algorithmic load balancing on servers with maximum benefit, both for the user and for the party providing services. This article provides the results of research and analysis of balancing algorithms, implementation methods for load balancing on servers and improving the quality of service delivery. Research in this direction is very relevant and in demand, the article provides an analysis and description of static and dynamic solutions, the advantages and disadvantages of algorithms.
This article considers the main models of the architecture of agency systems of project-oriented management as stages of their development. The agent technology allows us to decentralize problem solving and create complex systems of project-oriented management, combining various processing methods such as modeling, reasoning, and machine learning, and also allows us to distribute knowledge. One of these models is an aggregated architecture for systems of project-oriented management, based on agents of a marked deductive system. This approach allows us to divide algorithms into separate modules and distribute the knowledge base into parts. The focus is on existing multi-agent data mining architectures and the roles of agents in them. An architecture is described of Existing Methods and Technologies of Project-Oriented Management for Government Agencies ... to support the decision-making process in conjunction with the use of event-driven and task-driven data mining agents, as well as helpers and knowledge management agents. The article then considers a mathematical model of the proposed decision-making system, identifies key parameters, and suggests improvements to the model based on the proposed integrated software solution. The practical significance of this study is determined by the fact that not only was the software architecture developed and presented for the first time, but also a fully extended mathematical model of a project-oriented management system.
The emergence of Web-services as an open components supporting flexible and inexpensive set of distributed applications as well as exploiting them as a promising solution for integration with other application and providers of software-hardware resources is very much in demand. Using Web-services simplifies and enhances system functionality because of the availability of programs interaction with each other through Internet using open protocols. Thereby it is necessary to provide QoS provision issues such as distribution of request streams, enhanced efficiency of operations at peak loads. One of the ways to tackle these issues is to apply dynamic request distribution which ensures continuity of data transfer and processing ignoring crashes and equipment failures, redistribution of data flow to the available nodes in case of their loss. Abovementioned can be achieved using certain heuristics based on methods of Mathematical statistics and Probability modeling. Moreover, we provide analysis of methods and models developed for QoS provision.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
