Abstract-Teaching is a learning exercise for both (teacher and taught), which has its own long life. The outcome of effective teaching is shared by all the beneficiaries of the society. Since teaching is a dynamic process, therefore, to obtain the level of effective teaching all the parties including teacher and taught need to work continuously for the common orientation. The present study will examine the different parameters which contribute in effective teaching. Parameters will be set based on the review of literature. The results will be cover the three dimensions like, from the view point of students, teachers, and industry person who give employment to the students. The study focuses on technical education, therefore it assumes that majority of the students study for getting placements, however, students can study for gaining knowledge to acquire higher education, clearing competitive examinations and for other purposes like starting their own venture in future.
