Рассматривается расчет гидродинамических моделей упорных подшипников скольжения с адаптированным к условиям трения профилем, работающих на ферромагнитном смазочном материале. На основании уравнений течения смазочного материала в рабочем зазоре, неразрывности, Дарси и Ламе для «тонкого слоя» найдены основные рабочие характеристики подшипника с учетом деформации опорной поверхности цапфы. Ключевые слова: гидродинамика, упругогидродинамический параметр, адаптированный профиль, ферромагнитный смазочный материал. Большинство исследований касаются подшипников скольжения, работающих с использованием электропроводящих смазочных материалов, обладающих демпфирующими свойствами [1-10]. Однако анализ этих работ показал, что в них не учитываются адаптация профиля и деформация опорной поверхности подшипниковой втулки при трении. Решить проблему можно повышением несущей способности подшипников путем уточнения их расчетных моделей. Это основано на формировании расчетных гидродинамических моделей упорных подшипников при линейной постановке задачи. Решение реализуется для «тонкого слоя» с учетом деформации опорной поверхности подшипника с адаптированным к условиям трения профилем. Схематично ламинарное течение электропроводящего жидкого смазочного материала в рабочем зазоре упорного подшипника скольжения с вкладышем, работающего в режиме гидродинамического смазывания в паре с пористым покрытием на поверхности направляющей в условиях действия электромагнитного поля, показано на рис. 1. Вкладыш неподвижен, а направляющая движется в сторону сужения зазора с постоянной скоростью u *.
