The cited materials show the use of oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied natural gases (methane) and fluorine as components of the fuel for liquid-propellant rocket engines (LRE). The reasons for the need to use oxygen as an oxidizing agent are indicated. The advantages and disadvantages are disclosed from the point of view of using the listed components as fuel elements for liquid-propellant rocket engines. The issues of ecology when using the considered fuels are reviewed. Shown not only the use of cryogenic components as fuel for LRE, but also in life support systems in manned spacecraft in space research.
Введение. Инертный газ гелий в настоящее время широко применя-ется в двигательных установках с жидкостными ракетными двигателя-ми (ЖРД) [1]. Такие качества гелия, как малая мольная масса (0,004 кг/моль) и хорошие охлаждающие свойства (при Т = 1000 К удельная теплоемкость с р = 5,18 кДж/(кг⋅К)), позволяют использовать этот газ в современных двигательных установках с ЖРД и в перспек-тивных разработках. В жидком состоянии гелий является криогенным компонентом [2, 3].В настоящее время гелий применяют преимущественно в газо-баллонных вытеснительных системах подачи для вытеснения компо-нентов в жидкостный газогенератор, наддува баков с компонентами, а также как рабочее тело газовой автоматики. К вытесняющим газам обычно относят воздух, азот или гелий, но предпочтение отдают ге-лию, поскольку он имеет бîльшее значение комплекса RT, обладая меньшей молекулярной массой при одинаковых условиях.Вследствие малой мольной массы гелий характеризуется в не-сколько раз высшей скоростью звука, в отличие от других газов (кроме водорода), что обеспечивает высокую скорость срабатыванияИнженерный журнал: наука и инновации # 1·2017 агрегатов автоматических систем управления, если использовать для их привода газообразный гелий. В настоящее время считается технически неоправданным хране-ние гелия в жидком состоянии на борту летательного аппарата (ЛА). При вытеснении компонентов из топливных баков, а также при над-дуве баков существенное значение имеет плотность используемого газа, т. е. его удельный объем, поскольку он должен быть как можно больше. Поэтому в некоторых двигательных установках (например, космического корабля «Аполлон») используют теплообменники-нагреватели для повышения температуры, а значит, увеличения удель-ного объема гелия.Отметим, что в отличие от температуры азота температура гелия повышается при его дросселировании. При этом наблюдается эффект Джоуля -Томпсона (эффект «мятия»), заключающийся в снижении или повышении температуры реального газа при адиабатном (без энергообмена с окружающей средой) дросселировании, т. е. преодо-лении сил трения в местном сопротивлении с неизбежной диссипа-цией энергии и ростом энтропии. В газожидкостных системах ракет-ного двигателя таким примером местного сопротивления являются автоматические редукторы и обратные клапаны, дроссельные шайбы или жиклеры и аналогичные проточные элементы, через которые проходит газ, претерпевая общее снижение статического и полного давления.В технически реальных диапазонах давления и температуры адиабатическое дросселирование гелия сопровождается нагревом га-за, а дросселирование азота приводит к интенсивному охлаждению.Вместе с тем вследствие малого размера молекул гелий может проникать через металл, если его температура выше 700…800 К (500…600 °С). Проведенные в МГТУ им. Н.Э. Баумана исследования направлены на выявление возможности увеличения удельного импульса жидкостных ракетных двигателей, использующих топливо кислород + керосин. Рассмотрены теоретические исследования по увеличению удельного импульса двигателей первой ступени методом добавления водорода в топливо и непосредственно в камеру сгорания. Проведен термодинамический анализ, согласно которому установлена зависимость увеличения удельного импульса от массы добавленного водорода. Следовательно, появляется возможность использования одного и того же двигателя для первой и второй ступеней ракеты-носителя, что значительно упрощает и удешевляет применение всей ракетной системы.Ключевые слова: топливо, водород, кислород, керосин, удельный импульс, ракетный двигатель, пневмогидравлическая схема Введение. Предназначенные для исследования космоса современные ракеты-носители представляют собой системы, собранные из отдельных блоков (ступеней) по схеме «тандем» или «пакет», с жидкостными ракетными двигателями (ЖРД), работающими на химическом топливе [1-3]. Таковы, например, созданные в СССР ракеты Р-7 и УР-500. В настоящее время используются их модификации «Союз-2» и «Протон».Перечислим требования, предъявляемые к ЖРД: 1) высокий удельный импульс на Земле -I З и в пустоте -I уд.п; 2) высокая плотность используемых компонентов, которая обусловливает объем топливного бака, а значит, размеры и массу ракетыносителя;3) обеспечение экологической безопасности для окружающей среды при старте с поверхности Земли, когда продукты сгорания, выходящие из сопла ЖРД, попадают в атмосферу.Наиболее используемыми видами топлива в настоящее время являются кислород + керосин и кислород + водород (табл. 1). Удельный импульс ЖРД, работающих на топливе кислород + водород, примерно на 30 % выше, чем на топливе кислород + керосин. Вслед-
