Фіксація непрямих реставраційних конструкцій на постійний цемент є завершальним клінічним етапом ортопедичного лікування. Результат протезування при використанні будь-якої незнімної конструкції істотно залежить від правильності вибору цементу для фіксації. Метою дослідження було проведення порівняльної характеристики стоматологічних цементів для постійної фіксації незнімних конструкцій зубних протезів. Дослідження фізико-механічних, клінікотехнологічних та фізико-хімічних властивостей матеріалів проводили за наступними параметрами: товщина плівки, робочий час та час твердіння, міцність на стискання, водопоглинання та водорозчинність, міцність при вигині, міцність адгезії, адгезія до металу, адгезія до кераміки, адгезія до дентину та адгезія до емалі. Вимірювання величин властивостей були проведені на 140 зразках за допомогою методик, які передбачені міжнародними стандартами ISO. Отримані дані свідчать про те, що найбільш висока адгезія склоіономірних цементів виникала до ортопедичних конструкцій, виготовлених з недорогоцінних металів, тож у цьому випадку рекомендовано застосування склоіономірних цементів при фіксації незнімних ортопедичних конструкцій. При фіксації суцільнокерамічних протезів рекомендовані цементи подвійного затвердіння. Ключові слова: цементи, постійна фіксація, незнімні конструкції, ортопедична стоматологія.
