Abstract-House prices increase every year, so there is a need for a system to predict house prices in the future. House price prediction can help the developer determine the selling price of a house and can help the customer to arrange the right time to purchase a house. There are three factors that influence the price of a house which include physical conditions, concept and location. This research aims to predict house prices based on NJOP houses in Malang city with regression analysis and particle swarm optimization (PSO). PSO is used for selection of affect variables and regression analysis is used to determine the optimal coefficient in prediction. The result from this research proved combination regression and PSO is suitable and get the minimum prediction error obtained which is IDR 14.186.
As the population grows and e economic development, houses could be one of basic needs of every family. Therefore, housing investment has promising value in the future. This research implements the Self-Organized Map (SOM) algorithm to cluster house data for providing several house groups based on the various features. K-means is used as the baseline of the proposed approach. SOM has higher silhouette coefficient (0.4367) compared to its comparison (0.236). Thus, this method outperforms k-means in terms of visualizing high-dimensional data cluster. It is also better in the cluster formation and regulating the data distribution.
Dalam ilmu Biologi, terdapat berbagai cara untuk menentukan kedekatan antar dua individu, antara lain dengan mengamati kesamaan morfologi fisik kemudian membuat dendogram dan pembuatan pohon filogeni untuk menelusur kekerabatan berdasarkan sejarah evolusi suatu makhluk hidup. Akan tetapi pendekatan ini sangat sulit untuk dilakukan apabila hewan yang akan ditentukan kekerabatannya tidak berada dalam kondisi yang hidup, sehingga sangat sulit untuk mengamati ciri-ciri fisik yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam menentukan kekerabatan hewan dengan menggunakan algoritma clustering untuk mengelompokkan struktur protein IGF2. Kekerabatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode clustering K-Means. Untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan pengelompokkan struktur protein yang memiliki panjang sekuens yang beragam, maka teknik n-gram digunakan untuk memecah string menjadi beberapa subsekuens dengan panjang yang sama. Pengelompokkan dengan metode K-Means telah dilakukan dan mendapatkan hasil terbaik pada jumlah cluster sebanyak tujuh cluster, dengan silhouette coeficient rata-rata sebesar 0.331, indeks puritysebesar 0.735, dan precisionsebesar 0.823 yang mengindikasikan proses clustering cukup efektif.
The village website is one of the infrastructures that must be provided by the local government to convey information related to village development, village potentials, and their activities to the society. However, most village websites in Rogojampi District have a very minimal frequency of updating information. This community service aims to equip village officials with the skills to present data digitally so that information updating activities can be improved. This activity is carried out in three stages, which are preparation, workshop, and evaluation - mentoring. At the preparation stage, coordination with partners is carried out to map the initial skills of prospective participants and the material to be provided. At the workshop stage, participants are equipped with the skills to design infographics using Canva and the application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques on websites. Participants are accompanied for one month to update information on the village website. As many as 90% of village officials who participated in the training have updated the information on their website. Thus the service activities have been successful
Tambong Village is a regional unit in Banyuwangi Regency, which was currently a priority for the government to develop because it has potential that needs to be explored and developed to improve its citizens' welfare. Likewise, the development of human resources in rural areas should be prioritized so that regional competitiveness increases. One of the things that can trigger increased competitiveness between villages is to utilize information technology to provide information to residents and the broader community about what is in the village (for example, tourist attractions). For this reason, a website page is needed to convey information, and this page can also be used to report activities or other information to increase community enthusiasm to participate in the activities carried out. However, the village website page that has been provided has yet to be filled in with a content management system, so it cannot display information on activities and tourist attractions in Tambong village. It is because the village officials in charge of managing the village website still need more knowledge about the technical management of the information on the website. In addition, village officials also need knowledge and skills so that the information conveyed on the website can be packaged in an informative manner. Based on the needs of Tambong Village officials, this community service activity will train village officials on how to manage the website and use the Google Maps application so that the village website can be continuously updated and maximized to display quality information to the community and become information media to attract tourists to Tambong Village tourist attractions. After undergoing training, village officers were assigned to create website content, and villagers were asked to assess the quality of the content through a survey. The survey consisted of 9 questions and was conducted on 20 village residents. The survey results showed that the quality of the content created by the village officers was already good.
