Abstract. Emotional intelligence is a person's ability to know feelings and regulate their emotions in relation to other people, with emotional intelligence in employees, these employees will have a good work discipline attitude, where they will think and control their emotions before doing something, while up to Currently, it cannot be said that employees have good emotional management so that it will be difficult to create self-fitness for work or organization. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How is emotional intelligence at PT. X? (2) How is the work discipline at PT. X? (3) How is the commitment of employees at PT. X? (4) How is emotional intelligence on employee commitment at PT. X? (5) How is work discipline towards employee commitment at PT. X?. In this study, the method used is descriptive and verification methods, using a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. The population selected in this study were all employees at PT. Shoetown Kasokandel with 4,000 employees. The sampling technique was simple random sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 89 people. The results of this study are: There is an influence between emotional intelligence and work discipline on employee commitment at PT. X. Abstrak. Kecerdasan emosional merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengatahui perasaan dan mengatur emosinya dalam hubungannya dengan orang lain, dengan adanya kecerdasan emosional didalam diri karyawan maka karyawan tersebut akan memiliki sikap disiplin kerja yang baik, dimana mereka akan lebih berfikir dan melakukan kontrol emosinya sebelum melakukan sesuatu, sedangkan hingga saat ini belum dapat dikatakan karyawannya memiliki pengelolaan emosi yang baik sehingga akan sulit tercipta kesesuaian diri terhadap pekerjaan ataupun organisasi. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana kecerdasan emosional di PT. X? (2) Bagaimana disiplin Kerja di PT. X? (3) Bagaimana komitmen karyawan di PT. X? (4) Bagaimana kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen karyawan pada PT. X? (5) Bagaimana disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan di PT. X?. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan di PT. Shoetown Kasokandel yang berjumlah 4.000 karyawan. Teknik penarikan sampel yaitu simpel random sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 89 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Terdapat pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan di PT. X.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and self-confidence on gender equality based on participatory and fair aspects including: have equal rights to to social resources and services, concerning basic rights, develop in equality, benefit, with regard to individual desires or needs to take part in the common interest. The unit of analysis of this research was conducted on manufacturing companies located in West Java Province (Karawang, Subang, Bandung, Sukabumi, Garut) as many as 10 factories with different types of business. The unit of observation or respondents in this study were 100 employees, the statistical categories used were non-parametric statistics and a quota sampling technique through an online google form questionnaire. Using the correlation approach and multiple linear regression with SPSS v25. The results showed that no effect of self-efficacy on gender equality, but simultaneously there was an effect of 51.4% on gender equality in manufacturing companies West Java Province.
Abstract. Employees are a company's most valuable resource and play a crucial part in corporate operations to help it achieve its objectives. Employees' performance is driven by their capacity to control their emotions. Success at work is supported by both academic prowess and the capacity to control emotions, which show whether or not one interacts with others. This study seeks to learn two things: 1) the emotional intelligence of PT. TotumDiba Cirebon employees; and 2) the performance of PT. TotumDiba Cirebon employees. Cirebon TotumDiba, 3) To determine the extent of emotional intelligence's impact on PT TotumDiba Cirebon employees' performance. Research method using techniques for descriptive analysis is the type of study used. Employing a saturation sampling technique, 88 employees of PT. TotumDiba Cirebon were the population sampled. Simple linear correlation and regression analysis with SPSS Version 25 were employed to assess the study hypothesis. The study's results showed that employee emotional intelligence had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as shown by the value of t count = 4.073 > t table = 1,987. Abstrak. Karyawan adalah sumber daya perusahaan yang paling berharga dan memainkan peran penting dalam operasi perusahaan untuk membantunya mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja karyawan didorong oleh kapasitas mereka untuk mengendalikan emosi mereka. Keberhasilan di tempat kerja didukung oleh kecakapan akademis dan kapasitas untuk mengendalikan emosi, yang menunjukkan apakah seseorang berinteraksi dengan orang lain atau tidak. Penelitian ini berusaha mempelajari dua hal: 1) kecerdasan emosional karyawan PT. TotumDiba Cirebon; dan 2) kinerja karyawan PT. TotumDiba Cirebon. Cirebon TotumDiba, 3) Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. TotumDiba Cirebon. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif adalah jenis penelitian yang digunakan. Dengan menggunakan teknik saturation sampling, sebanyak 88 karyawan PT TotumDiba Cirebon menjadi sampel penduduk. Analisis korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS Versi 25 digunakan untuk menilai hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, seperti yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t count = 4,073 > t table = 1,987.
