Kampus Program Studi Di luar Kampus Utama (PSDKU) Unpad Pangandaran berada di Desa Cintaratu Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Keberadaan PSDKU Unpad Pangandaran tersebut tidak bisa dilepaskan dari masyarakat sekitarnya. Keberadaan PSDKU Unpad Pangandaran dan masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Cintaratu Kabupaten Pangandaran harus bersinergi dan saling memberikan manfaat. Atas dasar itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan dasar mengenai kewirausahaan dan workshop kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Cintaratu Kabupaten Pangandaran. Sehinggan output dari PPM ini dapat mengembangkan ekonomi dan bisnis masyarakat Desa Cintaratu Kabupaten Pangandaran.Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi social mapping di Desa Cintaratu sebagai bahan acuan dalam menyusun program kerja PPM. Program kerja utama meliputi program fisik dan non fisik. Adapun program fisik yaitu pelatihan kewirausahaan dan workshop, pengelolaan kelompok usaha kecil, pendampingan dan pengelolaan organisasi bersama perangkat desa, pengelolaan inventarisasi dusun, pembuatan organisasi dan perbaikan sistem pengelolaan program pariwisata, peningkatan inovasi produk dalam kelompok usaha masyarakat. sedangkan program non fisik meliputi peningkatan minat mengembangkan usaha dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Universitas Padjadjaran Pangandaran Campus is located in Cintaratu Village, Parigi Sub-District, Pangandaran District. The existence of the campus cannot be separated from the communities around it, therefore there needs to be synergy that will be mutually beneficial for both. From that perspective, this social service (PPM) was done for the purpose of giving basic knowledge about entrepreneurship and workshops to the UMKM participants in Cintaratu Village, Pangandaran District. The output of this PPM aims to develop the economy and businesses of the Cintaratu Village communities.The activities that has been done started with social mapping of Cintaratu Village as the basis for developing the PPM action plan. Afterwards the entrepreneurship training and workshop, small business group management, guidance and management of an organization training with the help of village government staff were held. Village inventory management, creation of an organization that focuses on tourism and how to manage the tourism programs, and also increasing the product innovation within community businesses were also done during the program. This program also involves efforts to increase the willingness of the community to develop their own businesses and get involved in further entrepreneurship training.
The purpose of this study was to produce a model for improving lecturer performance by revitalizing the components of competence, motivation, and information technology literacy. The object of this study took a sample of 160 lecturers from various private universities in the city of Makassar whose scientific fields concentrated on informatics and computer management. The use of mediation models is done using AMOS. Results of this study also state that the high competence of lecturers has not been able to contribute significantly to the improvement of information technology literacy. Low motivation does not contribute to improving information technology literacy. Competence and motivation, as well as information technology literacy, proved to be able to help significantly in improving the performance of lecturers. Besides that, information technology literacy is not able to show its role in explaining the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of lecturers. The novelty of this research is the addition of information technology literacy components as a model to improve lecturers’ performance in Higher Education.
Analyze government policies regarding the financing of physical education. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods. The research subjects were 32 people. The research analysis is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings: (1) the regional budget allocation policy for financing education delivery exceeds the minimum limit of 20% of the regional revenue and expenditure budget. (2) the operational implementation of physical education in educational units only relies on school operational assistance funds. (3) the education budget allocation is not proportional to the funding of programs to increase the competence of human resources, only 0.3% is budgeted by the Education Office. The funding for physical education providers is more dominant in the program to improve sports facilities and infrastructure, namely 8% of the budget for education providers. Originality/value: (1) The education financing policy model needs budget allocation management to increase human resources (internal) to strengthen the competence of technical personnel in various fields in the Education Office in the form of training. (2) Model of budget allocation for human resource development (external), the budget allocated for teacher and student activities in the form of technical guidance and training. The realization of this policy model requires policy intervention in the form of political will with an approach of communication, authority, trust, value.
This study aims to create a management model of higher education Study Programs outside the University Area (PSDKU) Unpad Pangandaran. The method used is a qualitative method, with the type of descriptive research, data is collected by documentation studies, in-depth interviews, participant observation and surveys. The main informants in this study were managers, lecturers, and students. The survey was conducted on 35 students accidentally to determine the level of student satisfaction. The results indicate that the management unit acts as a support team that facilitates the needs and interests of stakeholders for the smoothness and success of Unpad PSDKU in Pangandaran. satisfied category. Recommendations given that Unpad Pangandaran PSDKU should be managed with a special university management, namely by providing management autonomy in the financial field. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model manajemen perguruan tinggi Program Studi di luar Kawasan Utama (PSDKU) Unpad Pangandaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam, observasi partisifan dan survey. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelola, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Survey dilakukan kepada 35 orang mahasiswa secara aksidental untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa unit pengelola bertindak sebagai tim pedukung yang memfasilitasi kebutuhan dan kepentingan stakeholder, ada dinamika yang terus berproses dan berkembang dalam penyelenggaraan PSDKU Unpad di Pangandaran, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap PSDKU Unpad di Pangandaran berada dalam kategori puas. Rekomendasi yang diberikan bahwa PSDKU Unpad Pangandaran seharusnya dikelola dengan manajemen perguruan tinggi yang khusus, yaitu dengan memberikan otonomi pengelolaan dalam bidang keuangan.
