The article introduces the new technologies and methods in chassis of IPC design. It elaborates the process from following four parts: electromagnetic shielding, anti-libration and anti-impact design, thermal design and other protective design. The last part summarizes the design procedure and looks ahead to the future of this field.
Current signal can reflect the cutting state of the machine tools effectively. Two-dimensional fuzzy control strategy is introduced to realize the cutting current changing smoothly. With the current value used as the system input, segmented membership functions are constructed to satisfy the sensitivity and stability requirements. To verify the control system, an experiment is completed with the application of Matlab-simulink. The experimental results show that the fuzzy control strategy can not only effectively reduce the fluctuation degree of current but also highly improve the stability of the NC machining system.
According to the related concepts and theory of Kansei Engineering (KE), this paper kansei analyzed the shape of household scales by using AHP (analytic hierarchy process), aiming to conclude the relation between emotional intention and design considerations, and sequentially to provide significant design basis and references for product development. Mathematical methods, such as statistics, were applied to this study, which provided a fresh idea for the early stage research of product design.
Machine operating panel is an important component of controlling machine and the human-computer interaction. As CAN bus has the remote and stable transmission characteristic, the remote IO board is designed. A design of machine operating panel based on CAN bus for the PC-based CNC system is introduced, including the overall architecture design and software design method. This paper focuses on the remote IO board, as well as the practical application in the CNC system of TDNC-H8.
