Boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have been proven and still survive with all of the dynamics until today. A characteristic that distinguishes boarding schools from others is the 24-hour educational system that supports character building. Additionally, the curriculum is developed to meet the needs, so it makes the boarding school more unique. This research aimed at describing the characteristics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) courses in the boarding school curriculum. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative. The research location was Tahfidzul Qur’an Boarding School of Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan. The primary data sources of this research were the management/ leader, educational division, asatidz (teachers) and student representatives. The data collection was through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that PAI course at Tahfidzul Qur’an boarding school of Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan was through maximizing the education in the classroom, in the mosque, in the dormitory, as well as in the real-life interaction. The boarding school does not only teach PAI knowledge or materials contained in the boarding school curriculum and in the co-curriculum, but also general knowledge and skills as a provision to take the equivalence examination at the Wustha (junior high) level or Ulya (senior high) level in order to get a diploma equivalent to MTs/SLTP or MA/SLTA at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research is expected to broaden the societies’ view that education at boarding school is highly appropriate, complete and provides a diploma that is legalized by the government.
Hak Asasi Manusia merupakan hak kodrati yang melekat pada setiap insan manusia. Dalam paradigma klasik HAM, negara dianggap sebagai aktor utama pengemban kewajiban pemenuhan HAM sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Kovenan Internasional Hak Sipil dan Politik (SIPOL) dan Kovenan Internasional Hak Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya (EKOSOB). Namun, dengan munculnya fakta mengenai dampak kehadiran perusahaan dalam sejumlah pelanggaran HAM, baik domestik maupun multinasional, muncul wacana pentingnya aktor non- negara untuk ditarik sebagai pemangku kewajiban dalam rejim HAM melalui Prinsip UNGP pada tahun 2011. Konflik agraria sebagai akibat dari kehadiran perkebunan kelapa sawit menjadi problem tersendiri bagi entitas bisnis dalam pemenuhan HAM, khususnya Hak EKOSOB, sebagai wujud dari pelaksanaan norma tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan statute approach dan conceptual approach. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yuridis bahwa perkebunan kelapa sawit sebagai aktor non-negara juga mengemban kewajiban dalam pemenuhan HAM.
Aktiviti penyumberan luar yang berlaku dalam perusahaan adalah perkara yang lazim dilakukan terutama berkaitan pengambilan dan penggajian pekerja. Penyumberan luar bertujuan memberi kelebihan kepada perusahaan yang tidak perlu menanggung beban pembiayaan sumber manusia untuk jangka masa panjang. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktiviti dan implikasi penyumberan luar terutamanya kepada pekerja dalam konteks perundangan di Indonesia. Skop kajian hanya tertumpu kepada tiga bidang yang dipilih iaitu hak berkesatuan, hak kepada jaminan sosial tenaga kerja serta hak kepada upah dan elaun. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah analisis sosio-perundangan dengan merujuk kepada teks perundangan serta temubual dengan responden terpilih. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat perlanggaran hak pekerja akibat aktiviti penyumberan luar yang dilakukan oleh majikan atau pihak syarikat.
Basically, drug crimes are real and exist around our lives. Therefore, every individual in society must be vigilant and declare war on drugs. Many modus operandi is carried out by perpetrators and drug crime syndicates to deceive law enforcement officials. In addition, the motives of the perpetrators cannot be underestimated or only because of economic factors or just looking for profit, but it is possible that there are other indications. We can see that the perpetrators continue to be arrested, but the circulation of drugs continues to occur with various new modus operandi and seems to be unstoppable. This is certainly a shared thought and a material for reflection for the Indonesian people to rise up against drugs. Abstrak: Pada dasarnya kejahatan narkoba itu adalah nyata adanya dan ada disekitar kehidupan kita. Oleh karenanya setiap individu masyarakat harus waspada dan menyatakan perang melawan narkoba. Banyak modus operandi dilakukan oleh para pelaku dan sindikat kejahatan narkoba untuk mengelabui apparat penegak hukum. Selain itu motif para pelaku, juga tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata atau hanya sekedar karena faktor ekonomi ataupun hanya sekedar mencari keuntungan, tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan ada indikasi lain. Kita bisa melihat pelaku terus dilakukan penangkapan, namun peredaran narkoba terus saja terjadi dengan berbagai modus operandi baru dan seolah-olah tidak terbendung lagi. Ini tentunya menjadi pemikiran bersama dan sebagai bahan renungan bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk bangkit melawan narkoba
This research analyses how the Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Law currently regulates quarantine and its institutions in positive law, the form and position of government institutions referred to in the Indonesian constitutional structure, and the direction of the government’s institutional arrangements is linked to Article 8 of the Quarantine Law. Animals, Fish and Plants in the Indonesian constitutional structure. Therefore, the form of government institution in the quarantine sector based on Article 8 of the Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Law which is in accordance with the Indonesian legal system and constitutional structure is a Government Institution at the Ministry Level, considering the biosecurity function carried out in the implementation of quarantine. This normative legal research is supported by secondary data and analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the research, the government still needs to follow up on the regulation of animal, fish and plant quarantine and its institutions in the Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine Law by drafting a Government Regulation Draft.
