Instructional design plays an important role in improving the quality of learning and the learning experience of students. But in fact, many universities (especially in the field of Information Technology) have not developed a structured learning design, so that the learning process becomes ineffective. This paper presents a database system learning design model using the Borg and Gall step 1 development model and adapting all stages in the Dick and Carey model. The research consists of four main stages: conducting a preliminary study to find information about the learning product to be developed; develop products based on research findings; conduct field trials on the products developed; and revise products based on test results. The product quality of the developed learning design model is measured from aspects of validity and aspects of practicality. Validity is assessed through expert validation (database system learning material expert, instructional design expert, graphic media expert, and linguist). The measurement results obtained an average value of 5 (on a scale of 1-5), which means that the product of the learning design model developed is included in the valid category. Practicality is measured based on the responses of students and teachers. The results of the practicality measurement obtained an average value of 4.56 (on a scale of 1-5), which means that the product of the learning design model developed is included in the Practically used category
The direct (face-to-face) learning approach that is centered on the teacher in Data Base System lectures causes the learning process to be passive. Students' understanding is not optimal in certain competencies so that the final average of students does not reach the predetermined competency standards. This paper presents a learning model for Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) Database System with a combination of Tutorial and Drill and Practice models. The research uses the R & D (Research and Development) method with three main stages, namely conducting an initial study to find information about the learning model to be developed, developing a model based on the results of the problem study, and conducting field trials. The results of the pretest and posttest showed an increase in learning completeness by 72.41%, as evidenced by the significance test which experienced a significant increase. Pemahaman mahasiswa tidak maksimal pada bagian kompetensi tertentu sehingga rerata nilai akhir mahasiswa tidak mencapai standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan. Paper ini menyajikan model pembelajaran Sistem Basis Data berbantuan Komputer (Computer Assisted Instruction/ CAI) dengan kombinasi model Tutorial dan Drill and Practice. Penelitian menggunakan metode R & D (Research and Development) dengan Tiga tahapan utama, yaitu melakukan studi awal untuk mencari informasi mengenai model pembelajaran yang akan dikembangkan, mengembangkan model berdasarkan hasil kajian permasalahan, dan melakukan uji coba lapangan. Hasil uji pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 72,41%, yang dibuktikan dengan uji signifikasi yang memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. <p><em>One way to break the chain of spread of the corona virus is recommended to carry out social distancing with a distance of 1 Meter between one person and another. At the time this research was made there were no tools for social distancing when in public places that could provide sound warning information when there were people near us less than 1 Meter away, to overcome this the researchers made automatic distancing tools using a reminder system model. Arduino Uno-based automatic distance that can make a sound. This study resulted in a social distancing tool that can provide a warning in the form of a sound when there are people or objects that are less than 1 Meter away from the user, while if other people are more than 1 Meter away, the sound warning will turn off.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Tools, Arduino Uno, Social Distancing</em></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Salah satu cara untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus <em>Corona-19</em> dianjurkan untuk melakukan <em>social distancing</em> dengan jarak 1 Meter antara satu orang dengan orang lainnya. Pada saat penelitian ini dilaksanakan, belum adan alat bantu untuk melakukan <em>social distancing</em> ketika berada di tempat umum yang dapat memberikan informasi peringatan suara ketika adanya orang yang berada didekat kita kurang dari 1 Meter, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut peneliti membuat alat bantu <em>distancing </em>otomatis menggunakan model sistem <em>reminder</em> jarak otomatis berbasis <em>Arduino Uno</em> yang bisa mengeluarkan bunyi suara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alat bantu <em>social distancing</em> yang dapat memberikan peringatan berupa bunyi suara ketika ada orang atau benda yang berjarak pada pengguna kurang dari 1 Meter, sedangkan jika orang lain berada pada jarak lebih dari 1 Meter maka peringatan suara akan mati</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong><em>Alat bantu, Arduino Uno, Social Distancing</em></p>
<p>Abstrak. Proses pengurusan Surat Angkut Satwa dan Tumbuhan Dalam Negeri dilakukan di Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan adalah pemohon dari berbagai daerah datang ke Balai yang berada di Banjarbaru dengan membawa dokumen persyaratan administrasi. Jika persyaratan lengkap maka berkas dan permohonan diajukan ke bidang kehutanan untuk ditindak lanjuti jika tidak maka pemohon harus datang kembali untuk melengkapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model aplikasi untuk mengelola Surat angkut Satwa dan Tumbuhan pada Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam. Rancangan sistem yang diusulkan berupa aplikasi berbasis web, dikembangkan dengan metode System Develipment Life Cycle (SDLC), terdiri atas tahapan Analisis Kebutuhan Sistem, Perancangan Sistem, Konstruksi Sistem, Implementasi dan Ujicoba Sistem. Hasil pengujian menggunakan user acceptance menunjukan bahwa Pengelolaan Surat Angkut Satwa Dan Tumbuhan Dalam Negeri pada Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Kalimantan Selatan dapat membantu dalam pembuatan surat angkut satwa dan tumbuhan menjadi lebih cepat. The process of obtaining a Domestic Animal and Plant Transport Letter is carried out at the Natural Resources Conservation Center of South Kalimantan Province. Applicants from various regions come to the Balai in Banjarbaru to bring administrative requirements documents. If the requirements are complete, then the documents and applications are submitted to the forestry sector to be followed up, otherwise the applicant must come back to complete them. This study aims to create an application model for managing transport letters of animals and plants at the Natural Resources Conservation Agency. The proposed system design is a web-based application, developed with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, consisting of the stages of System Requirements Analysis, System Design, System Construction, System Implementation and Testing. The test results using user acceptance show that the management of domestic animal and plant transportation letters at the South Kalimantan Natural Resources Conservation Center can help in making transport documents for animals and plants faster.
