ResumoObjetivo: Avaliar a saúde e o processo de aceitação corporal por mulheres com vitiligo de acordo com a literátura cientifíca. Método: O presente estudo compõe uma revisão narrativa da literatura, que buscará por meio de achados apresentar significados a temática por meio da busca teórica entre 2011 até o respectivo ano atual de 2022, exceto de algumas menções com anos anteriores que se definiram para melhor destacar o assunto. Resumo: O presente ensaio objetiva demonstrar, através da obra de Jacques Lacan, como o Eu, enquanto unidade psíquica generalista marcada pela alienação e rivalidade, comporta uma dinâmica permeada por uma relação de similitude com os fenômenos presentes na psicose paranoica. Com este fim, buscou-se localizar a paranoia historicamente, bem como na obra freudiana, para então salientar a matriz paranoica do processo de constituição do Eu em Lacan. Trata-se, com isso, de uma tentativa de evidenciar o fundo paranoico em jogo no interior de todo funcionamento dito normal.Palavras-chave: Eu. Paranoia. Alienação. Lacan. Psicanálise.Abstract: This essay aims to demonstrate, through the work of Jacques Lacan, how the Self, as a generalist psychic unit marked by alienation and rivalry, has a dynamic permeated by a relationship of similarity with the phenomena present in paranoid psychosis. To this end, we sought to locate paranoia historically, as well as in Freud's work, to then highlight the paranoid matrix of the process of constitution of the Self in Lacan.
