PT. Indonesia Port Company (IPC) Tanjung Priok Container Terminal (TPK) is a company serving loading and unloading services of goods to and from ships. It is located at Ocean Going Pier which is a terminal with the main activity to serve loading and unloading container. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at the Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018. This research used quantitative methods with primary and secondary data sources. The expected output with the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018 is that the company could make decisions and policy. The results show that there is a partially significant positive correlation between Crane variables (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), where t-count 4.839> t-table 2.03224 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then Hₒ is rejected and Ha is accepted. Judging from the correlation coefficient between Productivity Crane (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), 0.639, it is indicated as a strong correlation because it is in the interval of 0,600-0,799.
The aim of this research is to identify public opinion about the suitable modern public transportation modes in Jakarta. Transportation is inseparable from traffic jam which also affects the residential areas. Traffic jam is a stagnant situation caused by the number of vehicles exceeding the road’s capacity. Traffic congestion becomes daily problem in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia. This research used qualitative method. The result of this research shows that traffic congestion in Jakarta was caused by large number of private vehicles. Due to that condition, the suitable public transportation modes are, Monorail, TransJakarta bus, Tram, MRT, and LRT. 48% of Jakarta citizens chose monorail as the most suitable transportation while 38% of them preferred Transjakarta bus, and 14% of people asked for tram. The expectation of the realization of modern transportation mode, in this case monorail, is to decrease the number of private vehicles. Therefore, the traffic congestion in Jakarta are able to be reduced.
The purpose of this research is to find out the customers' perception about the relationship between promotion and price with buying decision. The research was done at PT Garuda Indonesia in 2015. In analyzing data, the authors used quantitative method, by employingmultiple regression technique. The research data were gathered through spreading Likert scale questionnaires to 40 people. , The instrument was tested with validity and reliability test before being spread to the respondents.. The results show that the value of r for X1 is 0.588 which means there is a medium relationship between variables X1 and Y, variable X2 of 0.639 illustrates there is a positive and strong relationship to Y variable. Promotion and Price have a strong relationship with the decision to buy with an F value of 18,686. The value of R2 is 50.3% means that variation of buying decision can be explained from promotion and price 50.3% while the other 49.7% is determined by other factor. The result of this research is that buying decision is related to promotion effort and price either by itself (partial) or together (stimulant).
Green initiatives are one of the main topics in environmental sustainability research area. Environmental sustainability itself is known as a preferable achieving from sustainable transportation. Although service industries have a smaller environmental impact than manufacturing industries, transportation and logistics service activities should play a significant role in reducing their adverse impact. The aim of this paper is to develop a theoretical framework of the implications of the alignment between information and communication technology (ICT) and green transportation and logistics service provider initiatives for organizational performance using a contingency theory perspective. The framework provides a structure for empirical analysis of the relationship between ICT supporting green initiative and performance. The results demonstrate that the theoretical framework would support empirical analysis of the importance of ICTs in supporting the adoption of green initiatives at different perspectives, namely matching, mediation and moderation.
Saluran distribusi dalam perusahaan yaitu dapat mendorong peningkatan penjualan yang diharap. PT Cipta Krida Bahari merupakan badan usaha pendukung layanan logistik dan transportasi yang berkomitmen untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada para pelaku usaha di Indonesia dalam mengirimkan barang dan jasa mereka ke tempat yang dibutuhkan. Pengguna jasa perusahaan PT Cipta Krida Bahari dalam proses distribusi produk ke konsumen yaitu Robert Bosch Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi meningkatkan penjualan distribusi produk Robert Bosch Indonesia pada PT Cipta Krida Bahari. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan SWOT. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer dan skunder. Hasil penelitian dengan metode SWOT menunjukkan dari hasil analisa selisih nilai tertimbang kekuatannya sebesar 3,66 dan kelemahannya sebesar 3,45 jadi selisih dari kekuatan dan kelemahan sebesar 0.21 dan selisih nilai tertimbang peluangnya sebesar 3,54 dan ancamannya sebesar 2,38 jadi selisih dari peluang dan ancaman sebesar 1,16 dan berada pada kuadran I yaitu strategi pertumbuhan (Growth). Total bobot IFE sebesar 2,64 dan EFE sebesar 3,08 sehingga perusahaan berada di sel II yaitu grow and build dengan demikian strategi yang harus digunakan adalah pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy).Kata kunci : strategi, distribusi produk, retailer ABTRACT Distribution channels within the company that can encourage the expected increase in sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy to increase sales of product distribution of Robert Bosch Indonesia at PT Cipta Krida Bahari. This research method is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in the study were conducted by interview and then analyzed by SWOT. The type of data consists of primary and secondary data.
