The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding shows that not many mothers have succeeded in giving exclusive breastfeeding because the majority of working mothers. Work is not an obstacle for a mother to give milk to the baby. Therefore, working mothers need to be taught how to express milk, how to give milk and how to store breast milk. Health education is organized to increase the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of working mothers to keep breastfeeding babies. Knowledge of breast milk storage techniques will support the success of exclusive breastfeeding for optimal child growth and development. Solution In accordance with the problem In order for the working mother to continue to give ASI, namely Lactation Management through health education, is held to increase the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of the working mother to continue breastfeeding the baby. The long-term goal to be achieved in research is to identify and analyze the Effects of Counseling with Group Discussion Methods on Knowledge of Breast Milk Storage Techniques in Working Mothers. Specific targets to be achieved so that every health worker working in a health facility applies Counseling to working mothers about breastfeeding storage techniques so that exclusive breastfeeding can be achieved. Stages of Research Methods to be conducted using the Quasy Experiment design, with the target of working mothers who have babies 0-24 month given Counseling. Data collection methods with questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses dependent t-test. Where in the paired groups, the same subjects were examined before and after the intervention (designs before and after). The results of the study through the Knowledge Questionnaire about ASI Storage Technique obtained P-value 0,000. It can be concluded that there is an effect of counseling with the Group Discussion Method on the ASI Storage Technique in Working Mothers.
Pelepasan plasenta merupakan manajemen aktif kala III dalam proses persalinan. Kontraksi uterus yang baik dapat mempercepat proses pelepasan plasenta dan mengurangi resiko perdarahan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi lama pelepasan plasenta salah satunya adalah Inisiasi Menyusui Dini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Inisiasi Menyusui Dini terhadap lama pelepasan plasenta pada ibu bersalin kala III di Klinik Pratama Bunda Patimah Tahun 2021.Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperiment dengan rancangan Static Group Comparison. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin pada kala III menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 64 orang ibu bersalin. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p-value 0,00 (< 0,05), berarti ada pengaruh Inisiasi Menyusui Dini terhadap lama pelepasan plasenta pada ibu bersalin kala III. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh Inisiasi Menyusui Dini terhadap lama pelepasan plasenta pada ibu bersalin kala III dan dapat diaplikasikan untuk mempercepat pengeluaran plasenta dan mengurangi resiko perdarahan pada ibu bersalin.
Breast milk (ASI) is the best food for babies because it contains all the nutrients that babies need and protective substances from various germs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the Sei Berombang Health Center, Panai Hilir District. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was postpartum mothers on the 2nd day using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 16 postpartum mothers. The results of this study used the Wilcoxon test. Based on the Wilcoxon test, the p-value was 0.000 (<0.05), meaning that there was an effect of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breast milk in postpartum mothers and it can be applied to accelerate the release of breast milk, milk production and smooth breast milk. Suggestions from this study are expected that the marmet technique process can be used as an alternative in accelerating breastfeeding so that breastfeeding becomes smooth and exclusive breastfeeding can be carried out. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain one group pretest-posttest desain. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah ibu postpartum hari ke2 menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 16 orang ibu postpartum. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (< 0,05), berarti ada pengaruh tehnik marmet terhadap kelancaran asi pada ibu postpartum. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh tehnik marmet terhadap kelancaran asi pada ibu postpartum dan dapat diaplikasikan untuk mempercepat pengeluaran ASI, produksi ASI dan kelancaran ASI. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan proses tehnik marmet dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam mempercepat pengeluaran ASI sehingga ASI menjadi lancar dan ASI eksklusif dapat terjalani.
