Dragon fruit plants can be propagated generatively by seeds and vegetatively by propagation of branch or stem cuttings. This study aims to examine the effect of Growtone's growth regulator on the growth of red dragon fruit stem cuttings. The treatment used Growtone with three concentration levels, namely 0 (without PGR as a control), 10 g ZPT/liter water, 15 g ZPT/liter water, and 20 g ZPT/liter water. The study was designed using a Randomized Block Design with six replications. Each experimental unit consisted of 10 plants. The plant growth responses measured were shoot growth time, number of shoots, shoot length, number of roots, root length, and root dry weight. The results of the study found that PGR Growtone had an effect on shoot length, root length, number of roots and root dry weight, but had no effect on shoot growth time and number of shoots. It is better to give Growtone ZPT with a concentration of 20 g/l water
This study aims to investigate the response of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) varieties Rajabasa from application of organic manure and NPK Phonska on growth and yield. This research was conducted in Agro Techno Park (ATP) Bakung village, District Inderalaya, Ogan Ilir (OI). The research design used is the method of trial with a randomized block design (RAK) arranged as factorial, consisting of a combination of two factors with nine and three replicates in order to obtain 27 units of experiments with samples investigated in an experiment 10 plant samples. Factors studied were dirt duck manure, ie K1 = 20 tons of anure duck excrement ha-1, K2 = 25 tons of manure duck excrement ha-1, K3 = 30 tons of manure duck excrement ha-1. While NPK Phonska ie P1 = 50 kg ha-1, P2 = 100 kg ha-1, P3 = 150 kg ha-1. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), days to flowering (days), plant dry weight (g), 100-seed weight (g), dry weight of seeds per plant (g), dry weight of seed per plot (kg), and age harvest (days). Based on the results of this study concluded that, (1) manure duck excrement 30 tons per hectare give better growth at the variable plant height 1 week to as high as 6.69 cm, week to as high as 12.90 cm 2, week 3 high 22.59 cm and 4 weeks to as high as 31.08 cm. Manure duck excrement 30 tons per hectare give better crops on heavier plant dry weight is 186.92 g and a weight of 100 seeds produce the heaviest weight of 100 seeds, namely 11.96 g. (2) Provision Phonska 150 kg NPK fertilizer per hectare gives a better effect on the growth of plant height in week 1 as high as 6.14 cm, 2 weeks to as high as 11.95 cm. NPK fertilizer Phonska 150 kg per hectare give better effect on crops that provide plant dry weight yield is 175.62 grams and the heaviest weight of 100 seeds showed weight 11.77 g. (3) In the interaction between manure and NPK Phonska duck excrement significant effect on the weight of 100 seeds, namely 0.292 g, at the variable plant dry weight is 11.62 g and the dry weight of seeds per plant, namely 76.74 g.
