Supplier selection is very important in the purchase of raw materials that require a good cooperative relationship between the supplier and the company. The interaction between the company and the supplier is required to ensure the availability of raw materials needed in the production process. PT Putra Gunung Kidul is a company that produces noodles. The problems that occurred in PT Putra Gunung Kidul is the order delivery of raw materials from suppliers that do not fit the schedule so that a delay in delivery so that production companies to be blocked. Objectives to be achieved in this study, the first objective is to determine the criteria most influential in the choice of supplier PT Putra Gunung Kidul and determine the best suppliers based on the results of ranking supplier using Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP). FANP calculations done using pairwise comparison matrix pairs of the five criteria, 16 sub-criteria, as well as three alternative suppliers in order to obtain the weight of each criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives. Based on calculations of the most influential criterion is quality with a weight of 0.24686. Subcriteria most influential of weighting results based on the criteria of the most influential is the ability to deliver consistent quality (Q2) of 0.094531. Best Supplier in supplying raw materials to PT Putra Gunung Kidul based on the ranking and the greatest weight is PT B is at the first place with a weight of 0.137086, PT C ranks second with a weight of 0.079240, and PT A ranks third with a weight of 0.062575.
Kemasan yang digunakan oleh UMKM masih sangat sederhana sehingga produk kurang diminati dan pasarnya. Salah satu produk UMKM makanan khas tradisional adalah keripik tike, makanan ringan khas Indramayu. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, perlu dilakukan perancangan kemasan produk keripik tike agar lebih unik dan menarik dengan mempertimbangkan persepsi konsumen. Perancangan ulang kemasan ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kansei engineering dan model kano yang dilakukan melalui survey. Kansei engineering dapat menerjemahkan persepsi konsumen terhadap desain dan model kano dapat mengidentifikasi kualitas atribut sehingga diperoleh 114 kansei words dan 10 atribut kemasan penilaian model kano. Selanjutnya dari integrasi kedua metode maka dibuatlah beberapa alternatif desain kemasan untuk dipilih. Terdapat 3 alternatif desain kemasan keripik tike yang dibuat dengan desain kemasan terpilih adalah alternatif 2 karena memberikan seluruh informasi yang dibutuhkan pada kansei word awal. Informasi yang disampaikan konsep desain alternatif terpilih adalah pada bagian depan dan belakang kemasan adalah terdapat expired date, komposisi produk, logo halal, label perusahaan, informasi cara penyimpanan, informasi manfaat produk, tanggal produksi, gambar, gambar produk, informasi rasa, dan legalitas produk, dan menggambarkan bahan utama rasa.
Kegiatan material handling menjadi kegiatan penting dalam penanganan material mulai dari loading bahan baku hingga kegiatan unloading. perusahaan x menggunakan forklif sebagai salah satu alat angkut untuk memindahkan material dalam operasi produksinya, Tingginya kerusakan pada alat angkut dapat menyebabkan turunnya produktivitas perusahaan dalam mencapai keuntungan. Metode overall equipment effectivenes (OEE) merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja peralatan industri dengan mempertimbangkan availability, performance dan rate of quality alat angkut yang digunakan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kinerja forklif dengan menggunakan metode overall equipment effectivenes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa selama 6 bulan periode waktu kerusakan forklif bervariasi dengan waktu kerusakan terlama pada bulan Juni mencapai 360 menit atau setara dengan 6 jam. Nilai rata-rata availability forklif selama 6 bulan periode adalah sebesar 97,85 % dimana waktu operasi selama 6000 menit atau setara dengan 20 jam per bulan. Nilai rata-rata performance forklif adalah sebesar 97,60% dengan banyaknya piano yang berhasil diangkut rata-rata per bulan adalah sebanyak 1152 unit. Nilai rata- rata rate of quality forklif adalah sebesar 98,71 % dengan banyaknya jumlah produk piano yang diangkut adalah sebanyak 1152 unit per bulan, sedangkan jumlah produk cacat yang gagal diangkut hanya mencapai 14,67 atau setara dengan 15 produk per bulan, Nilai kinerja forklif berdasarkan metode overall equipment effectivenes diperoleh sebesar 98,14 % dimana menurut Nakajima (1988) ketua institut perawatan jepang (JIPM) menetapkan batasan ideal dari indeks nilai OEE untuk perusahaan world class yang telah menerapkan TPM, yaitu 85% dan nilai hasil kinerja forklif perusahaan bernilai diatas nilai standar yang ditetapkan sebesar 98,14%.
Climate change which is triggered by a consumptive human culture continues to be a concern for many parties to be tackled. Shoes have become the primary need of urban communities because of their function that cannot be separated from their daily activities. Shoes that are purchased by consumers are usually packaged in cardboard boxes that follow the components of the contents, namely the shoes and accessories inside. In this case, shoeboxes with the right design and function according to consumer preferences will reduce the likelihood that the shoeboxes are thrown into the trash. Although it is not the centre of consumer attention, shoe boxes remain a necessity in the final production process. It is necessary to design and develop a shoebox product that is in accordance with the final function of the shoebox according to consumer interests. This study uses the QFD method which produces quality 1 houses with communication tools in the form of a preliminary questionnaire to 30 respondents and a follow-up questionnaire to 100 respondents. Concept selection was carried out on the eight alternative concepts developed. The shoebox concept chosen to take into account the desires of the consumer will be made with a sporty shoebox standard size of 22.5 x 12.3 x 32.5 cm. The environmentally friendly shoebox can be seen through the installation of plastic straps which are expected to reduce the use of single-use plastics. In addition, the shoebox is made with an innovative design so that users can use it repeatedly as shoe storage or multipurpose box.
