Indonesian Adolescent Reproductive Health (SKRRI) explained that the level of knowledge of adolescents in 2007 about reproductive health was still low including 37.9% of adolescents who did not know about fertile days, 49 adolescents who stated that they did not know about sexual intercourse once could get pregnant. 3%, while 43.4% had never heard of sexually transmitted diseases. Lack of knowledge about reproductive health can lead adolescents towards free sex behavior which can cause transmission of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS. In developing countries, as many as 40 percent of female and male adolescents aged 18 years have had free sex without being married. As a result of this premarital relationship, around 12 percent were positive for STIs, around 27 percent were HIV positive teenagers, and another 30 percent of young women were pregnant. Therefore, half of them still gave birth and the other half had abortions. Adolescent associations about free sex can be found through reports from the Health Service, in 2015 there were 1,078 school-age adolescents undergoing childbirth and 976 of them were pregnant outside of marriage, association tended for adolescents to have pregnancies outside of marriage. In the cities of Medan and Bandung, premarital sexual acts reached 52 percent, while in the city of Surabaya, it reached 47 percent. Data found by the National Commission for Child Protection found that 93.7 percent of teenagers in Indonesia had kisses, oral sex and even petting. The percentage of junior high school youth who are no longer virgins is 62.7 and 21.2% of vocational youth have had abortions and 97 percent have watched pornographic films.
Cancer is one of the non-communicable diseases that is a burden on health throughout the world. Cancer is a disease characterized by abnormal cells that can grow uncontrollably and have the ability to invade and move between cells and body tissues. The World Health Organization/World Health Organization mentions cancer as one of the main causes of death worldwide (Ministry of Health, 2019). Breast cancer early detection activities can use the Clinical Breast Examination (SADANIS) or Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) method and by teaching Breast Self- Examination (BSE). SADANIS and BSE aim to find lumps in the breast as early as possible so that early action can be taken (Kemenkes, 2015). The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between Breast Self-Examination Extension Using Video Media and Adolescent Knowledge About Consciousness in Simpang Empat Village, Sei Rampah Subdistrict in 2020. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental type of research using a one group pretest posttest design with the man witney test. U. The sample size in this study was 49 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the results of research analysis in the group before and after the intervention, the average value of the knowledge of the respondents before receiving counseling was 63.81, while the average value after receiving counseling was 35.19. After the statistical test was carried out, the Mann Witney U test results obtained p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) meaning that there was an effect of breast self-examination (BSE) counseling using video on respondents' knowledge.
The level of health development of a country is reflected in the infant and child mortality rates. According to the Central Statistics Agency (2020) infant mortality under the age of five in Indonesia has reached 28,158 people. Of that number, 20,266 toddlers (71.97%) died in the age range 0-28 days (neonatal). A total of 5,386 toddlers (19.13%) died within the age range of 29 days - 11 months (post neonatal). Meanwhile, 2,506 toddlers (8.9%) died in the age range of 12-59 months. The most post-Natal toddler deaths were due to pneumonia, namely 14.5%, diarrhea by 9.8%, other congenital abnormalities o.5%, neurological diseases 0.9% and other factors 73.9%. Meanwhile, 42.83% of under-five deaths in the age range of 12-59 months were due to parasitic infections, 5.05% pneumonia, 4.5% diarrhea and 47.41% other factors. In order to prevent under-five deaths, comprehensive and continuous child health efforts are needed, one of which is exclusive breastfeeding (Central Bureau of Statistics and Ministry of Health, 2020). Breast milk is an important source of nutrition for babies. Breast milk is given to babies for 2 years. While exclusive breastfeeding is given to babies for 6 months without adding other food and drinks. Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for the first six months of a baby's life. Breast milk is very necessary for the growth and development of children's intelligence. (RI Ministry of Health, 2020).
Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in the breast tissue. Every year more than 185,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. The incidence of this disease is increasing in developed countries. Around 43,500 deaths from breast cancer each year make this disease the second leading cause of death after lung cancer in women. To find out the effect of carrying out breast self-examination (BSE) on students' knowledge in early detection of breast cancer. This type of research is a quantitative research with a research design using Quasi-Experimental. The instrument used for knowledge is a questionnaire while for the ability to use an observation sheet. The sampling technique in this study was using Porposive Sampling with a sample size of 68 people. Data processing using Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that most of the respondents after being given health education had a good level of knowledge about BSE, namely 62 people (91.2%). While the level of knowledge about BSE that is sufficient is 6 people (8.8%). From the results of statistical tests of knowledge and abilities before and after health education, the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It can be concluded that there is an effect of health education on breast self-examination (BSE) on the knowledge of young women in an effort to detect breast cancer early in the Lut Tawar Health Center area. It is hoped that the Puskesmas will always carry out socialization about women's health and cooperate with health workers, especially regarding BSE examinations.
Tax Service Office (KPP) of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) work unit that provides taxation services to the public, whether registered as Taxpayers (WP) or not, within the scope of the Directorate General of Taxes working area. The problem of this research is whether work stress, work conflict, and work environment affect the morale of employees of the Pratama Binjai Tax Office (KPP). The data collection technique in this study was carried out with a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to 53 respondents, from the results of the Fcount value of 4489.184 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 4489.184> Ftable 2.79 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.00 <0.05, the regression model can be said that work stress, work conflict, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on morale. work. Partial test (t-test) shows that: for the variable work stress, the value of tcount is 4.465 <ttable 1.676 with a significant value of 0.029> 0.05, meaning that partially, the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on morale. Work conflict variable value tcount 18.576> ttable 1.676 with a significant 0.000 <0.050, meaning that partially the work conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on morale. Work Environment Variable tcount 19.648> ttable 1.676 with a significant 0.001 <0.050, meaning that partially the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on morale. The determination test is the adjusted R square of 0.996, this means that 99.6% of the variation in morale can be explained by the independent variables of work stress, work conflict, and work environment while the rest (100% - 99.6% = 0.4%) can be explained by other independent variables which not included in this study
