En la Península de Santa Elena y específicamente en la parroquia Chanduy, el sector comercial ha sido impactado por la modernización, la globalización y el desempleo; provocando que muchas personas emprendan sus propios negocios y con ello puedan obtener un ingreso económico para subsistir. Sin embargo, estas iniciativas laborales que forman parte del sector comercial poseen algunas falencias de tipo financiera, tecnológica, de producción y de mercado; generando bajos ingresos. Para solventar la parte monetaria existen las cajas de ahorro como mecanismo de crédito, pero en muchos casos los intereses que cobran estas instituciones financieras y el nivel de endeudamiento, limitan la factibilidad de la inversión. Por ello, la presente investigación busca establecer estadística, teórica y econométricamente un modelo para la rentabilidad de las cajas de ahorro y crédito consistente con la teoría financiera, para el período 2001 – 2014 mediante un análisis de exogeneidad y súper-exogeneidad, destacando las variables que dentro del modelo resultan ser invariantes estructuralmente a través de tiempo para formular políticas financieras y económicas que contribuyan a un crecimiento productivo de este sector. Palabras claves: Rentabilidad, cajas de ahorro, análisis de exogeneidad Abstract In Santa Elena Peninsula and specifically in the parish Chanduy, the commercial sector has been impacted by the modernization, globalization and unemployment; causing many people to start their own business and thus can obtain an income to survive. However, these employment initiatives are part of the commercial sector have some shortcomings of financial, technological type, production and marketing; generating low incomes. To solve the monetary side there are the savings and credit facility, but in many cases the interest charged by these financial institutions and debt levels, limiting the feasibility of the investment. Therefore, this investigation seeks to establish statistics, theoretical and econometric model for the profitability of savings and credit consistent with financial theory, for the period 2001 - 2014 through analysis of exogenous and super-exogeneity, highlighting the variables that within the model they happen to be structurally invariant through time to formulate financial and economic policies that contribute to productivity growth in this sector. En un mundo globalizado, que demanda procesos ágiles y digitalizados, la Gestión Secretarial debe poseer competencias en las nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC’s), como parte fundamental en el desarrollo de los procesos internos y de interacción con el medio externo que actualmente demanda el mercado laboral de las instituciones públicas y privadas. Este estudio se centra en investigar, procesar, clasificar y resumir los contenidos curriculares más relevantes en el ámbito de la tecnología actual que deben ser incluidos en los sílabos académicos, a ser dominados por el educando, a través de la recopilación de información en los actores educativos como son estudiantes y docentes; así como, los jefes directos de estas profesionales en instituciones públicas y privadas de la ciudad de Guayaquil, para proyectar un desempeño eficientemente en su futuro campo laboral, a fin de proporcionar la información oportuna y las labores de soporte y sustento administrativo en apoyo a la toma de decisiones del cuerpo directivo. Además, determinar el perfil idóneo del profesional de esta área, definiendo los conocimientos, habilidades/destrezas y actitudes o valores para que sirva de referencia para las instituciones educativas de la creciente provincia de Santa Elena. ABSTRACT In a globalized world that demands quick and digital processes, Secretarial Management must include competencies in the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT’s), as an essential part in the development of internal processes and interaction with the external media, as required by the labor market of public and private institutions. This study focuses on the investigation, processing, classifying, and summarizing of the most relevant curriculum contents in today’s technology which must be part of the academic syllabi to be mastered by students, through the compilation of information from educational actors such as students and teachers, as well as their direct superiors in public and private institutions of Guayaquil, in order to project an efficient performance in their future labor field, so that timely information and administrative support and livelihood activities to help decision making by the directive board can be provided. Besides, to determine the ideal professional profile of this area, by defining knowledge, abilities, skills, and attitudes or values that may become referents for educational institutions in the growing Province of Santa Elena.
