<p>La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de mejora continua, en los procesos de servicios que reciben los usuarios de la Dirección regional Agraria Amazonas aplicando el “Modelo de las Esferas concéntricas de Kaizen”. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por los trabajadores de la institución, compuesta por (11) directores de línea, (49) profesionales, (60) técnicos. La muestra estuvo representada por (120) trabajadores, se utilizó un muestreo por conveniencia. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó una encuesta: pre tes y post test. Se encontró respecto al nivel de liderazgo en los trabajadores que el 47% tiene un avance medio y el 12% tiene un avance parcial. En el nivel de desarrollo de las personas el 44% tienen un avance medio y el 6% tiene un avance inicial. En el nivel de interés por el usuario externo el 45% tiene un avance medio y el 14.0% tiene un avance parcial. En la mejora de la competitividad tienen un avance medio del 37% y el 8% en un avance inicial y el nivel de gestión y mejora de los procesos el 49% tiene un avance medio y un avance inicial del 5%. Se concluye que el modelo influye positivamente en los niveles de la Calidad de los Servicios que perciben los usuarios de la Dirección regional agraria de la ciudad de Chachapoyas, Perú.</p>
<p>La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de incidencia de los programas sociales Comedor Popular, Vaso de Leche y Cuna Más, en la reducción de la pobreza de los beneficiarios en el Asentamiento Humano Pedro Ruiz Gallo de Lambayeque en el año 2018. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental. El universo muestral fue 137 beneficiarios de los programas sociales y se aplicó como instrumento la encuesta. Los resultados indican que la mayoría de encuestados (100%), de Cuna Más y Comedor Popular sí ayudaron a reducir su pobreza y por el contrario el 72 % de beneficiarios de Vaso de Leche manifestaron que no. Se concluyó que el programa Cuna Más es el más valorado, con calificación de bueno 73% y excelente 25%.Vaso de Leche es el único que el 72% indicaron que no les ha ayudado a la reducción de su pobreza. Los beneficiarios que continuaran hasta que se les retire el beneficio son: Cuna Más 90%, Comedor Popular 50%, Vaso de leche 88%. Se concluye que la pobreza por necesidades básicas insatisfechas es alta, 94,4 % en la deficiencia de servicios básicos y en vivienda 58,4%. La pobreza monetaria es alta con 58,4% en la clasificación pobre y 23,4% como pobre extremo.</p>
<p>La investigación tuvo como objetivo promover la mejora continua en las instituciones educativas mixtas de Chachapoyas, aplicando el “modelo de gestión de capital humano basado en el neuroliderazgo”. La población del estudio estuvo conformada por tres instituciones educativas mixtas de educación básica regular, del distrito de Chachapoyas, Perú. Compuesta por 71 docentes, siete directivos, 12 administrativos. La muestra estuvo representa por 66 ciudadanos, se utilizó el muestreo aleatorio simple. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó una encuesta antes y después de la aplicación del modelo. Se encontró que para la gestión directiva se tiene un nivel alto el 60.6% y el 10.6% tiene nivel bajo. En gestión académica tienen un nivel alto el 66.8% y el 4.4% tiene un nivel bajo. En gestión administrativa tienen un nivel alto 62.1% y el 3.3% tiene nivel bajo. En gestión a la comunidad tienen un nivel alto 62.1% y el 4.6% tiene nivel bajo. Se concluye que el modelo permite alcanzar la mejora continua de los trabajadores de las instituciones educativas mixtas de Chachapoyas, Perú.</p>
