Accidents in the workplace are cases that are no longer a secret. It can happen because of the limied work scurity facilities as well as the weakness of understanding the principle factors that need to be implemented by company. The philosphy of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is every worker has the right to the protection of a comfortable work life, Management and employees still do not understand it. They need to understand OHS. This research aimed to examine and analyze the relationship of employee attitudes about implementing OHS programs to the commitment of workers at PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. Conducting commitment means that carry out obligations, responsibilities, and promises. Thus, workers must carry out what has been promised to their company. One of them is to comply the company regulations. Data collection technique used questionnaire. The respondents were 30 workers in PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. It was purposive sampling. It used validity, reliability, normality and liniearity. The result showed that there was a significant influence to the commitment of workers in the field related to the OHS implementation in PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. AbstrakBeberapa kasus terjadinya kecelakaan di tempat kerja sudah tidak menjadi rahasia umum lagi. Hal demikian bisa muncul karena adanya keterbatasan fasilitas keamanan kerja, juga karena kelemahan pemahaman faktor-faktor prinsip yang perlu diterapkan perusahaan. Filosofi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dalam memandang setiap pekerja memiliki hak atas perlindungan kehidupan kerja yang nyaman belum sepenuhnya dipahami baik oleh pihak manajemen maupun karyawan, karena itu perlu ditanamkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan sikap pekerja terhadap penerapan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap komitmen pekerja pada perusahaan PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. Pada dasarnya melaksanakan komitmen sama saja maknanya dengan melaksanakan kewajiban, tanggung jawab, dan janji. Jadi karena sudah mempunyai komitmen maka pekerja wajib melaksanakan apa yang sudah dijanjikan terhadap organisasinya, dengan salah satunya sikap patuh terhadap peraturan perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan dalam pencapaian komitmen yang diharapkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan responden yang didata sebanyak 30 orang dari pekerja pada perusahaan PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode purposive dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan dan pengaruh yang signifikan antara sikap pekerja terhadap komitmen pekerja dilapangan yang terkait dengan penerapan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada perusahaan PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti.
Water is an essential substance for life because the body of living things mostlyconsists of water, except for living things in the form of seeds, and spores.Water used by humans undergoes changes in chemical and physical properties.The complex problem that is often overlooked by the government and society is domestic wastewater caused by population growth and building developments in the city of Surabaya. This study used an interview technique (with a questionnaire instrument) and observation interviews. From the results of direct observation and interviews found the number of families who have and use private latrines by 99 respondents and only one respondent who wearspublic toilet. 99.5% of respondents have sewerage and only 0.5% of respondents who do not have.

The purpose of this study, to find alternative concrete, by analyzing the Value Engineering analysis of the optimum fly ash, it is expected that the cost of concrete is more economical, with quality still achieved. The research was carried out with the research concept of comparing the above concrete with an alternative concrete optimum fly ash, with stage on stages of information, stages of functional analysis, stages of creative, evaluation stage, recommendation stage, implementation stage, the research alternative began on concrete designs, conducting experiments, analyzing fresh concrete, analyzing peak temperatures, analyzing strength and analyzing costs.The results of fly ash concrete 35%, compressive strength achieved fc 35 MPa, the cost was more efficient 12.69% than the initial cost of Rp. 24,233,955,000.00 Concrete fly ash 35% could be used as alternative. Regarding the application of value engineering, it is influenced by knowledge of value engineering and practices of it from decision holders and the absence of conflicts, of interest, of certain parties in the Indonesian construction industry.
