Latar Belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan sebagian besar dunia mulai berpikir secara berbeda. Tantangan dan permasalahan akibat pandemi COVID-19, bila tidak dikelola dengan baik akan berdampak pada keselamatan pasien, keselamatan staf dan berpotensi dapat menyebabkan konflik-konflik terjadi.  Artikel ini, menggambarkan gaya manajemen konflik perawat manajer di rumah sakit sebagai implikasi manajemen keperawatan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka PRISMA, melalui database perpustakaan digital yang terhubung dengan berbagai laman publikasi ilmiah melalui kata kunci seperti "manajemen konflik" "gaya manajemen konflik","COVID-19",serta“konflik perawatâ€. Kriteria kelayakan  menggunakan berbagai jenis metode penelitian termasuk metode kuantitatif, kualitatif dan review yang menggambarkan gaya manajemen konflik manajer keperawatan dalam penyelesaian konflik. Hasil: gaya manajemen konflik yang paling dominan digunakan adalah gaya manajemen konflik kompromi, menghindar dan integrasi dengan masing-masing yaitu 23,8%, diikuti oleh kolaborasi 20,6% serta akomodasi dan kompetisi masing-masing 0,04%. Kesimpulan: Implikasi yang dapat dilakukan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan permasalahan akibat pandemi COVID-19 adalah analisa situasi konflik melalui faktor yang mempengaruhi, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kordinasi dengan pihak-pihak yang berkaitan sebelum menentukan gaya manajemen konflik yang akan digunakan.
Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that requires long-term self-care so that patients can carry out self-care independently to prevent complications from Diabetes Mellitus. Self Care Behavior aims to examine and classify the extent to which people with Diabetes Mellitus carry out self-care in order to improve their well-being and quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and pain perceptions about Diabetes Mellitus and Self Care Behavior of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers. This research is a literature study that summarizes some of the relevant literature collected using Google Scholar which was published in 2015-2022. The results of the search found 56 identified journals and 7 journals that met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge about Diabetes Mellitus and Self Care for Diabetes Mellitus patients and there was a significant relationship between perceptions of pain about Diabetes Mellitus and self care behavior for Diabetes Mellitus sufferers.
