Введение. Авторы статьи приводят данные литературы о развитии пациентов, получающих лечение по поводу злокачественных новообразований (ЗН). Нейротоксичность противоопухолевой терапии приводит к нарушениям, как в моторной, так и в когнитивной сферах, которые затрагивают в том числе процессы памяти и концентрации внимания. Основной целью исследования является апробация и оценка эффективности инновационных методик коррекции когнитивных нарушений с использованием тренажера Cognisens NeuroTracker.
Материалы и методы. Рассматриваются методики психологического тестирования нарушений, принцип действия тренажеров, варианты тренировочных режимов; клинические характеристики обследуемой группы пациентов. В пилотное исследование были включены 40 пациентов с опухолями ЦНС 6–18 лет, которые проходили лечение в реабилитационном научном центре «Русское поле» «Национального научно-клинического центра детской гематологии, онкологии и иммунологии имени Дмитрия Рогачева» Минздрава России в 2016 г.
Результаты. Обобщаются полученные данные психологического тестирования, специфика когнитивных нарушений, апробация использования когнитивных тренажеров в нейрореабилитации. Исходный статус пациентов определялся по результатам комплексной клинико-психологической диагностики, которая была направлена на оценку когнитивной и моторной сфер. В описываемом исследовании проводилась оценка валидности и результативности использования нейрокогнитивного тренажера Cognisens NeuroTracker у пациентов с ЗН. По окончанию тренировочного периода из 6 занятий отмечено улучшение параметров мысленного манипулирования зрительно-пространственными образами, решения задач пространственной ориентации подвижных объектов, прогнозирования и экстраполяции. Их эффективность подтверждается результатами тренировок памяти и концентрации внимания с использованием аппарата Cognisens NeuroTracker, которые позволяют улучшить результативность и успешность испытуемых в отмеченных видах активности.
Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют авторам сделать вывод об успешной апробации нового высокотехнологичного оборудования когнитивного тренажера Cognisens NeuroTracker и перспективности этого нового направления в реабилитации пациентов, излеченных от ЗН.
