Introducción: El reconocimiento de las manifestaciones cutáneas en pacientes portadores de COVID-19 es de gran utilidad ya que su identificación podría ayudar a diagnosticar de forma precoz la infección por SARS-COV-2 y contribuir al retraso de la transmisión del virus.Objetivo: Determinar las manifestaciones cutáneas asociadas a Covid 19.Métodos: Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica narrativa; para la búsqueda de información se utilizaron bases de datos Scopus y PubMed con descriptores MESH/DECS mediante palabras clave, teniendo en cuenta los últimos cinco años, en idiomas inglés y español y con criterios de inclusión y exclusión de los artículos a analizarResultados: En España 58 pacientes que ingresaron a hospitalización por sospecha de infección por COVID-19 presentaron lesiones cutáneas como Exantema maculopapular generalizado (20,7 %), Livedo reticular (6,9 %), Urticaria (6,9 %) y otras erupciones inespecíficas en un 22,4 %.Conclusión: Las lesiones más frecuentes son erupción urticaria, erupción confluente eritematosa/maculopapular/morbiliforme, exantema papulovesicular, patrón acral tipo sabañones, patrón tipo livedo reticularis/racemosa, patrón purpúrico vasculítico, catalogando las lesiones cutáneas más frecuentes al exantema maculopapular que afectan al tronco y regiones acrales, sobretodo dedos de los pies y región plantar.
El microbiota intestinal se encuentra constituida por más un millón de microorganismos entre los cuales las bacterias son de mayor prevalencia. Esta microbiota depende directamente de la localización exacta a lo largo del tubo digestivo, siendo la porción del colon la que alberga la mayor cantidad del microorganismo de la flora. El microbiota de la piel guarda relación directa con el microbiota del intestino por los diversos mecanismos existentes en la formación de la misma. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar el uso de probióticos y prebióticos en tratamiento de patología cutáneas y la relación entre la microbiota intestinal y enfermedades de la piel. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica narrativa de la literatura científica de la relación del microbiota intestinal en patologías cutáneas. Se concluyó que el uso de probióticos y prebióticos juegan un papel importante en enfermedad cutáneas es especial de tipo inflamatoria.
Os seres humanos têm milhões de microrganismos em nossos corpos em simbiose, 20 milhões de genes microbianos foram identificados. A acne afeta entre 85% a 90% da população mundial que tem dietas ocidentais, isso por sua vez acarreta psicologicamente, doenças como depressão, ansiedade, etc. As bases etiológicas da doença são dadas pela família Cutibacterium acnes (Propionibacterium), mas o mecanismo não está tão claro. Atualmente, há evidências indicando que o Staphylococcus epidermidis da pele e também do microbioma intestinal estão envolvidos. Portanto, neste estudo, buscou-se o papel do microbioma intestinal e facial no desenvolvimento da acne vulgaris, bem como a atualização do mecanismo com base nos artigos mais recentes. Como conclusão e achados relevantes, foi visto que a inflamação da acne é dependente da homeostase intestinal, portanto o uso de probióticos reduz significativamente a inflamação das lesões de acne, além disso, os resultados dos tratamentos podem ser vistos após 2 semanas. Ademais, o uso de antibióticos deve ser evitado, pois reduzem o processo de cicatrização das lesões.
