Tujuan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan introduksi manajemen produksi, memberikan edukasi terkait penggunaan peralatan teknologi mekanik dalam proses produksi, serta mengembangkan model produk gerabah dan strategi pemasarannya pada masa pendemi Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu (1) melaksanakan kegiatan introduksi manajemen produksi. Dalam kegiatan ini diperkenalkan model proses produksi continuous process, memberikan pemahaman pola perencanaan produksi yang meliputi sistem perencanaan dan pengawasan proses produksi terkait ketersediaan bahan baku, jenis produk dan jumlah produk yang akan diproduksi pada suatu periode saat ini dan yang akan datang. (2) Menyelenggarakan kegiatan diseminasi teknologi mekanik melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan peralatan mekanik, melalui peralatan yang ada para karyawan diberikan pengetahuan cara menggunakan peralatan tersebut hingga mahir dalam penerapannya. (3) Workshop pengembangan model gerabah terbaru. (4) Menyelenggarakan kegiatan pendampingan strategi pemasaran. Luaran yang telah dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah pada aspek manajemen produksi telah menghasilkan ketersediaan bahan baku yang dapat menjamin keberlanjutan produksi dalam satu periode yang terjadwal sehingga proses produksi tidak lagi menunggu pesanan konsumen, pembagian beban kerja pada karyawan secara proporsional berdasarkan skill. Kegiatan bidang pemasaran yaitu telah dihasilkan kerjasama mitra dengan toko tradisonal yang khusus menjual barang hasil kerjainan yang sebagai pusat sentra produk gerabah dengan system pemasaran vertikal.
This research aimed to find out: (1) differences in learning achievement of economic student who use the Think Pair Share (TPS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model viewed from learning interest, (2) the effect of learning interest for economic of student achievement, (3) interaction effect between TPS learning model and NHT learning model. This study was a experiment. The research was desained by faktorial 2x2. The research population was 197 students for 7 class XI of MA Muallimat NW Pancor. The sample was taken by using simple Random Sampling, obtained 28 students as an TPS class and 28 other in same grade as NHT class. The data collection was taken by obyektive test of multiple choise method. Test method was used to know learning achievement of economic student. The conclusion of this research were that: (1) There were differences in learning achievement of accounting student who used the TPS learning model and NHT learning model. (2) There were effect of learning interest for economic of student achievement. (3) There not was interaction effect between interest with TPS learning model and NHT learning model.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah ada perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran TPS dan NHT terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) apakah ada pengaruh minat terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) apakah terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan minat terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperiman, dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor yang berjumlah 197 orang yang terdiri dari 7, diperoleh dengan cara Simple Random Sampling, sehingga yang terpilih adalah kelas X6 dan X7 yang berjumlah 28 siswa sebagai kelas TPS dan 28 lainnya sebagai kelas NHT. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes obyektif pilihan ganda, untuk memperoleh hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran TPS dan NHT terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh minat terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan minat terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of social media and the socioeconomic status of parents on the consumptive behavior of students in the Economics education program at Hamzanwadi University partially. This research is a research using descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students of the Hamzanwadi University Economics education study program, totaling 385 students with a research sample of 79 students who were taken by simple random sampling. The method of data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Model Scheme, Outer Model Evaluation, and Evaluation Of Structural Model, as well as. The results of the study show that: (1) Social media does not have a positive influence on consumptive behavior on the consumptive behavior of students of the Economic Education Study Program at Hamzanwadi University of 0.018, because the T statistic value is 1.277 which means it is smaller than 1.96, so the hypothesis Ha1 can be stated not accepted. (2) Social status has a positive influence on consumptive behavior on the consumptive behavior of students of the Hamzanwadi University Economics Education Study Program of 0.540, because the T statistic value is 6.655 which means it is greater than 1.96, so Ha2 can be declared accepted.
This study aims to determine the steps of development of integrated economic teaching materials of the holy verses of al-qur'an and al-hadist to know the result of development of integrated economic learning materials of the holy verses of al-qur'an and al-hadist on class students X at MA Darussholihin NW Kalijaga. This research is a development research by adopting Borg & Gall development model, to 7 that is, requirement analysis, planning, early product format development, initial product validation, product revision, field trial, revision of final product of research subject is class X MA Darussholihin NW Kalijaga as many as 30 students. Data collected in this research is qualitative and quantitative data of data collection instrument include questionnaire of student response of technical analysis of data used in this research is static formula for validation of teaching materials. Based on validation results from material experts and high quality linguists with the number of expert material values 53 linguists 37 average score of 90% with a high or valid height. Student's response to teaching materials is very high with average percentage of 85.15% overall components in the range of 82% -100% with very responding category.
