A dor lombar aguda é um experiência biopsicossocial que se não tratada de maneira adequada, pode cronificar, levando o paciente a queda na produtividade e nas relações interpessoais. Atualmente a dor é considerada o quinto sinal vital, juntamente com a frequência cardíaca, temperatura, pressão arterial e frequência respiratória. A Medicina Tradicional Chinesa (MTC) é uma terapia adjuvante no tratamento de todos os tipos de dores e sua atuação está relacionada principalmente ao agir no equilíbrio da energia do corpo. Assim, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar, por meio da revisão bibliográfica, o protagonismo e a eficácia da acupuntura no tratamento da dor lombar aguda, crônica e crônica agudizada. Após a pesquisa online e a utilização dos critérios de inclusão, considerou-se 04 publicações para a estudo. Os resultados mostraram que a acupuntura age como importante ferramenta no alivio das dores, com muitos benefícios e poucos riscos.
Resgatando o percurso histórico da Enfermagem no Brasil, é possível reconhecer as características desta profissão e a sua importância na atualidade, Dentre as conquistas do enfermeiro, está sua atuação na Medicina Tradicional Chinesa (MTC), e, portanto, na Auriculoterapia, também chamada acupuntura auricular. No exercício profissional, os enfermeiros, estão aptos na prática da Auriculoterapia, contudo, para realizá-la precisam não apenas habilidades técnicas como também de preparo técnico-científico. É necessário, realizá-la, com domínio, segurança, excelência e empatia, ou seja, protagonismo. Assim, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar, por meio da revisão bibliográfica, o protagonismo profissional do enfermeiro na Auriculoterapia. Após a pesquisa online e a utilização dos critérios de inclusão, considerou-se 06 publicações para a estudo. Os resultados mostraram que o enfermeiro está presente nas práticas de Auriculoterapia, seja na sua indicação ou realização, não havendo destaque e nem detalhamento das ações específicas deste profissional que demonstrem a sua liderança, mas há estudos apontando os efeitos e resultados das suas aplicações, assim necessita-se dar voz às atividades do enfermeiro através de pesquisas, divulgação nos serviços de saúde, marketing nas mídias sociais, apresentando-o como profissional que proporciona melhor qualidade de vida ao indivíduo, família e comunidade pela forma como realiza o seu trabalho.
INTRODUÇÃO: a população mundial vem apesentando uma melhora na expectativa de vida e associado a este fato está um aumento na prevalência dos tumores em geral, principalmente os cerebrais. Os pacientes com câncer têm maior possibilidade de eventos trombóticos, mas como existe um receio de anticoagular estes pacientes devido à possibilidade de sangramento maciço intracraniano. OBJETIVOS: Avaliar a segurança do anticoagulante em pacientes com eventos trombóticos e submetidos a cirurgia para gliomas de alto grau. MÉTODOS: foi realizado uma pesquisa no PUBMED com as seguintes palavras: “glioma” e “hemorrhage” e “coagulation” não colocando qualquer filtro. Após ler atentamente os artigos, fazendo uso dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, procedeu-se a análise estatística. RESULTADOS: Foram selecionados 30 artigos, mas somente dois foram avaliados. O total de pacientes nos dois artigos era de 669 pacientes portadores de gliomas de alto grau, sendo 523 no primeiro artigo e 146 no segundo; 120 pacientes foram anticoagulados e somente 17 (14,1%) tiveram hemorragia intracraniana. CONCLUSÃO: tendo em vista os resultados apresentados nesta pesquisa, o uso de anticoagulantes é seguro para o tratamento de eventos trombóticos em pacientes submetidos a cirurgia de gliomas de alto grau.
