Neste artigo, realizamos uma análise das cinco composições e videoclipes premiados na 4ª edição do Concurso de Músicas Lei Maria da Penha, buscando identificar os principais aspectos presentes nas abordagens que as(os) artistas fazem da Lei Federal nº 11.340/2006. A partir dessa análise, ressaltamos a importância das músicas, no sentido de possibilitar a ampliação da discussão sobre as violências contra as mulheres na sociedade brasileira e, por conseguinte, contribuir para o enfrentamento e consequente mudança desta situação.

Resumen: En este artículo realizamos um análisis de las cinco composiciones y vídeo clips premiados em la IV edicióndel Concurso de Música Lei Maria da Penha, buscando identificar los principales aspectos presentes em los planteamientos que los artistas hacen de La Ley Federal nº 11.340/2006. De este análisis, destacamos La importancia de la música, para posibilitar La ampliación de La discusión sobre La violencia contra lãs mujeres em La sociedad brasileña y, por tanto, contribuir al enfrentamiento y consecuente cambio de esta situación.
