Objetivo: Investigar a efetividade e a importância das políticas públicas em saúde no combate à obesidade, contrastando com as barreiras existentes para as respectivas implementações. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura composta por artigos publicados nos últimos 10 anos nas línguas portuguesa, inglesa ou espanhola e com o conteúdo disponibilizado na íntegra. Como problema norteador da pesquisa, utilizou-se: Quais os empecilhos que dificultam a implementação de políticas públicas em saúde que visam o combate à obesidade? A pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizada em dezembro de 2022, sendo efetivadas buscas nas bases de dados: MedLine, Índice Bibliográfico Español em Ciências da Saúde (Ibecs), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Acervo+ Index Base. Foram utilizados os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): “Obesity Management”, “Obesity” e “National Health Policies” com o operador booleano “AND”. Resultados: 13 artigos enquadrados nos critérios de inclusão relatam que políticas públicas atuam como ferramentas essenciais na redução da obesidade, apesar da existência de barreiras em diversos aspectos. Considerações finais: Apesar das dificuldades encontradas na literatura, políticas públicas são eficazes no combate à obesidade. Devem ser bem delimitadas, aplicadas e adaptadas para as diferentes realidades. Para tanto, deve-se buscar meios favoráveis às respectivas implementações.

O pré-natal tem como intuito principal a prevenção e a detecção precoce de patologias maternas e fetais, assim, podendo proporcionar para o binômio uma evolução saudável durante o período gravídico e do pós-parto, com o objetivo de promover a saúde para a população materna. Os dispositivos móveis sofreram uma rápida disseminação entre a população mundial, assim, pôde-se notar a democratização da informação acerca de inúmeras temáticas, entre elas, as questões obstétricas. Durante as consultas de saúde pode ser inserido a utilização de software em diversos formatos e como consequência pôde-se notar a humanização do processo gravídico. Este trabalho tem como objetivo catalogar as atuais pesquisas sobre o uso de software na assistência dos profissionais de saúde no atendimento de pré-natal no Brasil. Os trabalhos que não se enquadraram na análise resultaram na remoção de 382 trabalhos. O critério de exclusão por repetição entre as plataformas removeu 448 para a comunidade acadêmica, a atualidade é um fator relevante. Além disso, torna-se possível quantificar através de indicadores de saúde para ser possíveis analisar quais os aspectos que necessitam ser melhorados.
