The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of school cultural activities and teacher attitude and self-efficacy of teachers in Physical Education. Utilizing quantitative, non-experimental design via correlational technique, data were obtained from 300 respondents of the study who are teachers in public secondary schools in Digos City division and Davao del Sur division. The researcher utilized the total population technique and survey mode of data collection. The researcher also utilized the statistical tools mean, Pearson r, and multiple regression. From the results of the study, it was found out that there is a very high level of mean scores for all variables of school cultural elements, teacher attitude and self-efficacy of teachers in Physical Education. Also, results revealed that there are significant relationships between school cultural elements and self-efficacy, between teacher attitude and self-efficacy of public school teachers. Further, it was revealed there is a significant influence on the domains of school cultural elements and teacher attitude on the self-efficacy of teachers in Physical Education, and that the domains professional values, collaboration, leadership, and classroom management best influence the teaching efficacy of teachers in Physical Education.<p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0910/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>

Utilizing quantitative, non-experimental design via correlational technique, data were obtained from 300 respondents of the study who are Grade 11 students in Physical Education in 4 public schools in Jose Abad Santos-2, Davao Occidental. The researcher utilized stratified random sampling and an online survey mode of data collection. The researcher also utilized statistical tools such as mean, Pearson r, and regression analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that there are very high levels of mean scores for all variables of Physical Education state anxiety, leisure motivation, and perceived well-being of students. Also, results revealed that there are significant relationships between Physical Education state anxiety and leisure motivation, between Physical Education state anxiety and perceived well-being, and between leisure motivation and the perceived well-being of students. Utilizing quantitative, non-experimental design via correlational technique, data were obtained from 320 MAPEH teachers of all public secondary schools under the Division of Davao del Sur, Region XI. The researcher utilized stratified random sampling and an online survey mode of data collection. The researcher also utilized statistical tools such as mean, Pearson r, and regression. From the results of the study, it was found out that there is a moderate level of mean score of the learning environment and very high level of PE teacher attitude, and a high level of perceived well-being. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between learning environment and perceived well-being while there is no significant relationship between PE teacher attitude and perceived well-being of teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine teaching competency and music performance as moderated by the ICT skills of teachers. Utilizing quantitative, non-experimental design via correlational technique, data were obtained from 300 MAPEH teachers of the public secondary schools who are teaching junior high school students (Grades 7, 8, 9 and 10) under the Division of Sarangani, Sarangani Province, Region XII. The researcher utilized total population sampling and an online survey mode of data collection. The researcher also utilized statistical tools such as mean, Pearson r, multiple regression and moderator analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that there are very high levels of mean scores of teaching competency, and high levels of music performance and teachers’ ICT skills. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between teaching competency and music performance, a significant relationship between teaching competency and teachers’ ICT skills, and a significant relationship between teachers’ ICT skills and music performance. The aim of this study was to determine the mediating effect of teacher attitude towards a physical education learning environment and the perceived well-being of public school teachers. Utilizing quantitative, non-experimental design via correlational technique, data were obtained from 340 respondents of the study who are teachers in Physical Education in public schools (elementary and secondary) in Matanao, Bansalan and Magsaysay (MABAMA), Davao del Sur. The researcher utilized the total population technique and survey mode of data collection. The researcher also utilized the statistical tools mean, Pearson r, and for the mediation approach Medgraph using Sobel z-test. From the results of the study, it was found out that there is a high level of mean scores for all variables of learning environment, teacher attitude, and perceived well-being of public school teachers. Also, results revealed that there are significant relationships between learning environment and perceived well-being, between learning environment and teacher attitude, and between teacher attitude and perceived well-being of public school teachers. Further, it was revealed that there was a partial mediation on the effect of teacher attitude on the relationship between learning environment and perceived well-being of public school teachers.
