The medium levels of correlations are found for the offline and virtual socialization patterns for seeking news and interaction with the class fellows. The significant controlled effects are visible for the time for Smartphone usage and the gender. The triangulation of theories enriches the analysis. This paper explores the role of media and its impact of content on viewers. The purpose of this research is that researchers must first understand how society affects individuals. Everyone learns social behaviour through observing others. Before TV, children learned socialization through family and peers. Cultivation theory studies TV's long-term impacts. The more time people spend 'living' in the TV world, the more likely they would believe it's a social reality. The survey method was considered to be an appropriate method for collecting information and data analysis. The population is the male and female viewers of the private news channels. A stratified sampling method for the specification of the demographic characteristics was adopted, and the population was divided based on age and gender; for data collection, the target of one hundred and sixty viewers were selected. This research revealed that the viewers/respondents' credibility assessments could be predicted by their unique media consumption patterns and media platform preferences. One of the most significant takeaways from this research was the importance of familiarity with a media outlet's format and content in shaping viewers' perceptions of that media outlet's credibility. Iran has started the Atom program for Peace which has already planned by the US for countries concerned in consuming atomic energy for non-violent devotions. Iran also decided to develop a nuclear program to generate electricity. In 1979 US and the west has temporary banned the project. The United States has applied these sanctions on Iran for various purposes. This includes weakening domestic support for the Islamic regime and, recently, imposing charges on Iran to continue its nuclear program. These sanctions have left Iran with local and foreign capital, and have isolated it economically and politically. However, the regime has survived and continues to challenge the international community. Iran has also made great strides in nuclear planning. This article aims to explain how the Iranian's survived despite international sanctions specially the US. It rebuilds the interaction between the contraction of sanctions by the UN Security Council, the United States and targeted regime strategies to promote the nuclear program and maintain cohesion within the choice.
