RESUMO O presente estudo objetivou analisar os itens do composto de Marketing em empresas promotoras de congresso que concorreram a prêmio nacional em comparação com as que não concorreram com o intuito de observar semelhanças e diferenças relativas a temática. A amostra por conveniência estudou dois grupos com 15 integrantes cada um através da análise de seus planos de negócios configuraram o estudo como tendo natureza bibliográfica, exploratória e qualitativa. Os resultados indicam que existe diferença entre as que concorreram quando comparadas as que não concorreram apontando que o reconhecimento do mercado através da indicação ao prêmio não ocorreu por mero acaso pois, os dados indicam maior refinamento das que concorreram ao já mencionado prêmio.
Nesta obra, o autor apresenta uma proposta teórico-metodológica para a pesquisa sócio-espacial. Aqui, ressalta-se que o termo apresentado com o “hífen” se refere não apenas ao espaço produzido pela sociedade, mas sim, a todas as relações e interações que se estabelecem a partir de um determinado processo, seja qual ele produtivo, de lazer, enfim, desde que delimitado por uma espacialidade.
A pandemia da Covid-19, decretada em março de 2020 pela Organização Mundial da Saúde – OMS, provocou uma crise mundial, afetando diversos setores econômicos da sociedade, inclusive o turismo, com redução da receita nominal das Atividades Características do Turismo - ACTs, gerando desemprego, concomitante ao período de implementação da Reforma Trabalhista de 2017. Nesse sentido, objetiva-se conhecer a dinâmica do emprego nas ACTs durante a pandemia da Covid-19, considerado um período de exceção no contexto nacional, com o intuito de compreender o agravamento ou não da situação de vulnerabilidade laboral do/no trabalho em turismo a partir da análise dos tipos de contratos vigentes durante os anos de 2020 e 2021 em relação aos trabalhadores em geral. Escolheu-se, como percurso metodológico, a análise qualitativa e quantitativa dos dados coletados no Novo Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados - Novo Caged, averiguando o saldo de empregos nas ACTs, o perfil dos contratos temporários e intermitentes no período supracitado. Os resultados dispostos foram cotejados com a teoria sobre relações de trabalho no/do turismo, verificando a vulnerabilidade em relação aos contratos de trabalho nas ACTs no período estudado. Por fim, o saldo negativo de empregos resultante da primeira onda não se recuperou no período de retomada do setor. Quanto aos contratos precarizados, observou-se que apresentaram uma taxa de crescimento composta superior aos contratos por tempo indeterminado, dos quais as mulheres foram a maioria.
Neste trabalho buscamos analisar as práticas e discursos do Estado brasileiro na constituição da Política Pública de Turismo, no período considerado como “Era PT”, correspondendo interregno de 2003 a 2016. Foram realizadas, pesquisa bibliográfica, análises de documentos oficiais consultados em centros de documentação, e endereços eletrônicos de órgãos governamentais encarregados institucionalmente de planejar, executar e acompanhar as políticas turismo. Como resultados principais observamos que desde os anos de 1990, e em especial após os anos 2000, com a criação do Ministério do Turismo, estabeleceu-se no Brasil um processo de modernização do território, capitaneado pelo Estado a partir de investimentos voltados ao consumo do espaço por meio da atividade turística, materializado em ações deliberadas como o Programa de Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Turismo (PRODETUR), densidades normativas, financiamentos e incentivos fiscais. Tal processo se deu sob forte influência do Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento, principal financiador externo de tais políticas.
