This study aims to determine the passing ability of the female volleyball athletes of the Regency Regional Government in the minimally good category. The method used is quasi-experimental. The sample is 20 people with perposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a passing test on the ball, namely the Brady volleyball test. Data analysis using SPSS version 23 application with the following steps: normality test and t test. The results showed that the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the tcount > t table or 8.124 > 1.729, with an average increase of 66.67%. In conclusion, after applying the exercises for the passing skills of the female volleyball athletes of the Regency Regional Government in the very good category.
