ABSTRAKAir merupakan kebutuhan bagi setiap kehidupan, semua makhluk hidup memerlukan air dalam kehidupannnya sehingga tanpa air dapat dipastikan tidak akan ada kehidupan. Sebagian besar masyarakat yang mengalami kesulitan memperoleh air bersih untuk digunakan sebagai air minum tersebut adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di perdesaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang cara pengelolaan air minum di Desa Pemurus RT.3B Kecamatan Aluh-Aluh. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Pemurus RT.3B Kecamatan Aluh-Aluh yang berjumlah 15 orang. Kegiatan ini sebagai salah satu bentuk untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang cara pengelolaan air minum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan intervensi berupa penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui media whatsApp group. Hasil pre dan post test dilakukan analisis statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Hasil penyuluhan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil pre test dan post test pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (p-value=0,038). Namun pada sikap didapatkan hasil tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (p-value=1,000). Diharapkan masyarakat bisa mengelola air minum agar nantinya dapat menciptakan derajat kesehatan yang lebih baik. Most of the people who have difficulty obtaining clean water to use as drinking water are people who live in rural areas. This activity aims to increase public knowledge and attitudes about how to manage drinking water in Pemurus Village RT.3B, Aluh-Aluh District. The target of this activity is the Pemurus Village community, RT.3B, Aluh-Aluh District, totaling 15 people. This activity is a form of increasing community knowledge and attitudes about how to manage drinking water. The method of implementing intervention activities is in the form of counseling carried out through whatsapp group media. The results of the pre and post tests were statistically analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine whether there were differences before and after the intervention. The results of this counseling showed that there were differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test of knowledge before and after the counseling (p-value 0.038). However, in attitudes, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the attitudes of the community before and after the counseling (p-value 1,000). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan aksesibilitas pelayanan dengan keputusan pemilihan layanan pengobatan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara online menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner bentuk google form. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui WhatsApp pada bulan April-Mei tahun 2021 dengan wilayah penelitian masyarakat yang tinggal di Kalimantan Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 103 Responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil uji chi-square dalam penelitian ini, menunjukan nilai p dari variabel usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan aksesibilitas adalah 0,039, 0,537, 0,145 dan 0,020. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dan aksesibilitas dengan keputusan memilih pelayanan pengobatan. Namun tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dan pekerjaan dengan keputusan dalam memilih pengobatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemerataan pembangunan, meningkatkan kualitas mutu pelayanan, akreditasi, meningkatkan teknologi informasi, tata kelola fasilitas yang maksimal, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM kesehatan, melengkapi sarana prasarana, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, education, occupation, and service accessibility with the decision to choose treatment services in the community. This research was conducted online using quantitative methods with a cross sectional study design. The instrument used is a google form questionnaire. Data collection was carried out through WhatsApp in April-May 2021 with the research area of ​​​​people living in South Kalimantan. The sample used in this study were 103 respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the chi-square test in this study, showed the p-values ​​of the variables of age, education, occupation and accessibility were 0.039, 0.537, 0.145 and 0.020. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between age and accessibility with the decision to choose treatment services. However, there is no significant relationship between education and work with decisions in choosing treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop equitable development, improve the quality of service quality, accreditation, improve information technology, maximum facility management, increase the quality and quantity of health human resources, complete infrastructure facilities, and increase community involvement.
