During the rainy season, several regions in Indonesia experienced floods even to the capital of Indonesia also flooded. Some of the causes are the high intensity of continuous rain, clogged or non-smooth drainage, high tides to accommodate the flow of water from rivers, other causes such as forest destruction, shallow and full of garbage and other causes. Every flood disaster comes, often harming the residents who experience it. The late anticipation from the community and the absence of an early warning system or information that indicates that there will be a flood so that the community is not prepared to face floods that cause a lot of losses. Therefore it is necessary to have a detection system to provide early warning if floods will occur, this is very important to prevent material losses from flooded residents. From this problem the researchers designed an internet-based flood detection System of Things (IoT). This tool can later be controlled via a smartphone remotely and can send messages Telegram messenger to citizens if the detector detects a flood will occur.Keywords: Flooding, Smartphone, Telegram messenger, Internet of Thing (IoT).
- Tides are a phenomenon of periodic and periodic ups and downs of sea level movements. The tidal period is the time between the crest of a wave to the crest of the next wave, the time of the tidal period varies from 12 hours 25 minutes to 24 hours 50 minutes. Information about tides is very useful for activities related to the marine world. In the area of Kuala Langsa, tides often occur, fishermen and anglers in Kuala Langsa only rely on the poles of residents' houses to determine the time of the tide. The system is made useful so that fishermen and anglers can find out the time and state of the tides using smartphones, by creating a “Sea Tidal Monitoring System using Ultrasonic Sensors and nodeMCU which can provide results of monitoring the time and tidal status in Kuala Langsa and will displayed on a Web page”. Ultrasonic sensors can detect well and can provide tidal data to be displayed on a web page and can be accessed using smartphones and other devices during the testing period in Kuala Langsa village, Langsa City with 62.5% success being tested.
Tides can be defined as waves generated by the interaction between the earth, sun and moon. The peak of the wave is called the high tide (High Water/HW) and the tide is called low tide (Low Water/LW). The tidal period is the time between the crest or trough of a wave to the crest or tide of the next wave. The time of the tidal period varies from 12 hours 25 minutes to 24 hours 50 minutes. The results of preliminary observations to the desa nelayan in Kuala Langsa found that most of the outskirt fishermen and anglers always look for fish and other marine animals in high tide conditions. Nevertheless, they do not know for sure when the sea water will rise. They detect sea level rise using only a simple tool such as a stick attached to the river and from their house poles under the water. This condition can be detrimental to fishermen both time and economically. The author also began to think about how to create a detection tool that can provide accurate information on sea level conditions at any time to fishermen and anglers via smartphones. The author finally got the best idea, namely creating a "Sea Level Detection System in Kuala Langsa for Fishermen and Anglers Using NodeMCU and Internet of Thing (IoT) Based Waterlevel Sensors and Telegram Messenger. This research has been successfully carried out, where the IoT-based sea level detection tool can work well during experiments in the laboratory and during implementation at the Kuala Langsa estuary, Langsa City.
Research on the characteristics of the fluid flow across the bluff body has been carried out and placed in a variety / setting, let alone research on fluid flow across three circular cylinder arranged stagger by placing 2 (two) Inlet Disturbance Body (IDE) as a bully in front. This effort is usually done to reduce the normal force, shear force, and drag force that occurs in the bluff body of the three circular cylinders. This research was conducted experimentally in mechanics laboratories and fluid machines using subsonic wind tunnels and tested at Re = 2.2x104 based on the diameter of a circular cylinder. Variations used are longitudinal distance ratio (L/D) = 2 with a circular cylinder diameter (D = 25 mm) and transverse distance ratio (T/D) = 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 and IDE placement on the upper and lower sides from cylinder 1 (upstream) in the form of a cylinder with a diameter (d = 4mm) at 30 °. The results showed that the use of IDB at position 30° can reduce the drag force that occurs in cylinder 1 (upstream) 36 to 53% compared to with no IDE, while for cylinder 2 (upstream), the drag is higher for (T/D) = 1.5, 2 and 3 are 3.2 to 22% and at (T/D) = 4 the drag force is reduced to 9% again. About cylinder 3 (downstream - down) in the stagger configuration with IDB 30°, the drag is 4.8 to 44% higher for all distance variations (T/D) compared to the stagger configuration with no IDE. Variation in distance (T/D) also greatly affects the distribution of pressure coefficients that occur with the three circular cylinders with a stagger arrangement, causing a difference in the distribution of the drag pressure coefficient (Cdp ) and also the velocity profile behind the 3 circular cylinders with the stagger arrangement.
Keterbatasan mengenai proses pengajuan cuti pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Langsa cenderung tidak efektif dan efisien sehingga dalam prosesnya tersebut membuat kedua belah pihak pegawai dan pimpinan merasa kesulitan. Selain berkas pengajuan cuti yang betumpuk, terkadang lupa untuk memperoses ketika ada pegawai yang mengajukan cuti. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan program pengajuan cuti berbasis web sehingga memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna dalam mengajukan dan memperoses cuti tanpa selalu mengulang mengisikan data karena kesulitan pengoperasian. Selain itu waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dan data yang diisikan lebih akurat.

So from that information system is intended to educate the public, in order to be able to distinguish between truly deceptive news. The method used in this information system uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which is used as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is a goal, which is discussed by factor level, criteria , sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of the alternative. The house is a primary need for humans because as a place to stay and carry on life. Having a house is certainly not an easy matter because it requires a very large cost for it. This large amount of capital has made the community take a short and practical path by choosing half or full subsidized housing loans. Only with a capital of 20 million housing mortgages can be placed. However, the case of the house also considers the size, area, model, size of the remaining land, and location to be crucial in the selection. At present the types of KPR houses consist of types 36, 45, and 54. All three types have subsidies from the government so that they are affordable by many communities. However, from the results of field observations many people felt that it was not appropriate to choose the type of house. Let's say someone wants a type 45 house but ends up choosing type 36 with an estimated objection to paying monthly installments, even though they are capable. And vice versa who take type 45 then object to paying the monthly installments. Based on these problems, the authors try to help the community through the bank with the application of a decision support system (SPK). With this system, people who have filled out the registration form on the system will get a recommendation for the type of house.
