This study aims to examine the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables either partially or simultaneously. The research objectives were arranged as many as 10 points. The research location in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province which consists of the Ministry of Religion office in Jambi City, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of TanjungJabungTimur, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Batanghari. This study produces ten conclusions, namely, including: 1). There is a direct influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee achievement motivation (X4). Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis obtained tcount (18,31)> t table (1.969), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee achievement motivation. 2). There is a direct effect of work commitment (X2) on employee achievement motivation (X4). Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis obtained the value of tcount (7.61)> t table (1.969), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that the work commitment that develops in the institution has a significant influence on employee achievement motivation. 3). There is a direct influence of organizational culture (X1) and work commitment (X2) on employee achievement motivation (X4). Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis obtained the value of Fcount (16.36) >Ftable (3.45), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meaning that the organizational culture and high management knowledge in the institution have a significant influence on employee achievement motivation. The conclusion of the study is, from the results of testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that the 10 hypotheses are accepted, namely there are effects of exogenous variables on endogenous variables both partially and simultaneously, both directly and indirectly. The research implication is that an employee's achievement motivation is strongly influenced by organizational culture, work commitment, and management knowledge, the better the organizational culture, the higher the work commitment and management knowledge, the higher the spirit of achievement in carrying out a job.
This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of supervisors in developing the teaching profession of Islamic Religious Education in Jambi Province. The question in this research is why the effectiveness of supervisors’ guidance in developing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers has not been effective. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification of the reliability of the research results obtained by the extension of participation techniques, observation accuracy, data triangulation and advisory counseling. The results of the study are: Firstly , there were many obstacles and challenges of supervisors in carrying out their duties, among which the lack of guidance and training to supervisors, the lack of teacher training, limited budgets, distance traveled to the target sites, there are still low supervisory competencies, lack of new human resources, lack of facilities, low mutual respect for Islamic supervisors in public schools, and limited visits to teachers due to the large number of Islamic teachers in each region. Secondly, development of the teaching profession by improving the professionalism of teachers and improve the competency of teachers and teacher certification. Thirdly, the efforts to create the effectiveness through enhancing communication and coordination made with Islamic religious teacher, a good cooperation between supervisors and teachers, improve teacher training, making professional development activities of teachers, increase creativity in teacher professional development, increase cooperation with various stakeholders, improve facilities and infrastructure, increase budget allocations, provide rewards to supervisors, increase supervisory competencies with supervisory training, reduce the workload of supervisors, and add quality supervisory human resources. In conclusion, the effectiveness of supervisors' guidance in the development of the teaching profession can be effective if it is well accompanied by factors supporting these effectiveness.
The research aims to determine the strategies of Private Islamic Higher Education leaders in implementing the benchmarking concept in the Private Islamic Higher Education in Jambi Province. This research is qualitative research, with survey method carried out at the Private Islamic Higher Education in Jambi Province, namely at the STAI Syekh Maulana Qori Bangko, STIT Darul Ulum Sarolangun, and STAI Ma'arif Jambi. The research concludes that the strategy of the leaders of Private Islamic Higher Education in implementing the benchmarking concept is done through planning, implementation, and evaluating the implementation of the benchmarking concept. Based on the findings research, it can be built a theory that to develop lecturer careers can be done through benchmarking leadership roles carried out by leaders in Private Islamic Higher Education in Jambi Province.
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether there were significant positive influences between the variables of Personality Type, Effectiveness of Principal Leadership, and Decision Making against Teacher Job Satisfaction in Provincial High Schools. The study has ten problem formulations that analyze the direct effect, indirect effect and simultaneous influence between each variable studied. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on selected research samples based on probability sampling with the Slovin method totaling 141 Jambi State High School teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and using a questionnaire (questionnaire) as a primary data collection tool. Data analysis using path analysis (part analysis) with data processing tools manually Microsoft Office Excel program and SPSS version 22. The results of the analysis of the path coefficient and coefficient of determination, there is a direct effect and a significant positive simultaneous effect between variables Personality Type (X1), Leadership Effectiveness (X2) and Decision Making (X3) on Teacher Job Satisfaction (X4). The indirect effect between personality type variables (X1) and Leadership Effectiveness on teacher job satisfaction (X4) through decision-making variables (X3) has no significant effect. The research results imply that efforts to increase teacher job satisfaction in-state high schools in Jambi Province can be done by paying attention to personality types, the effectiveness of school principals' leadership and increasing teacher participation in decision making. Future research to obtain more comprehensive and representative research results in a wider population.
The aim of this study was to test the hypothesis of the doctor competence influence, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction on the effectiveness of internship programs at the General Hospital in Jambi Province. This research applied a quantitative research with survey method. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a sample of 90 interns. Hypothesis testing used path analysis with significance level ɑ = 0.05. The findings of this study indicated that there were influences both partially and simultaneously: 1). doctor's competence (X 1 ) on the effectiveness of the internship program (X 4 ). 2). interpersonal communication (X 2 ) on the effectiveness of internal programs (X 4 ). 3). job satisfaction (X 3 ) on the effectiveness of internal programs (X 4 ). 4). doctor competence (X 1 ), interpersonal communication (X 2 ), and job satisfaction (X 3 ) on the effectiveness of internal programs (X 4 ). The implication of this study was the competence of the measured intern's doctor and the factors that influenced it. Factors affecting the performance of interns physicians were gender, intelligence level, graduation time, internship placement, duration of internship, perception of internal living benefits, internal bureaucratic system, internal briefing, internship acceptance, acceptance by the public and ranks in the vehicle, facilities, adaptation , workload, number and type of cases, leave entitlements, Faculty of Medicine curriculum, perception of medical knowledge, public health efforts, role of accompanying physicians, interest in becoming doctors at Puskesmas (Public Health Center), discipline, communication, and choice of actions.
