Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) fazem parte da Estratégia de Saúde da Família e possuem atribuições que devem ser seguidas nos serviços de saúde. Há a necessidade de reconhecer o trabalho do agente comunitário de saúde e valorizar às suas condições de trabalho, como também atentar para comportamentos que possam comprometer sua qualidade de vida e ao desenvolvimento de transtornos mentais como depressão e comportamento suicida. Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar sinais e sintomas de depressão e ideação suicida e avaliar a qualidade de vida de agentes comunitários de saúde. Trata-se de uma pesquisa epidemiológica de corte transversal, com abordagem quantitativa de caráter descritivo. Foram utilizados questionário de identificação, Escala de depressão (CES-D) e o questionário sobre qualidade de vida WHOQOL-BREF. O local de pesquisa foi em 14 Unidades Básicas de Saúde do Município de Arapiraca-AL, com uma amostra de 114 Agentes Comunitários de Saúde. Os dados foram analisados por meio do programa SSPS, versão 20. Dentre os participantes da pesquisa, 34 (26,8%) apresentaram risco para depressão, 5 (3,9%) alegaram pensar em uma maneira suicidar-se e 4 (3,1%) tentaram suicídio no último mês. A depressão correlacionada com a qualidade de vida identificou média maior (60,2 ± 14,9) no domínio das relações sociais e uma média menor (40,1 ± 16,9) no domínio físico no grupo com risco para depressão. Este estudo mostra que qualidade de vida não deve ser estudada de maneira fragmentada, sendo necessário associar a outras questões com a depressão e a ideação suicida.

Objetivo: Descrever as evidências científicas da literatura acerca do uso da terapia floral para o tratamento de ansiedade. Material e métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. A busca dos artigos foi realizada em duas bases de dados eletrônicas: SciELO e BVS. Para o levantamento dos dados foram utilizados os descritores “Medicina integrativa;” “Terapia Floral”; “Ansiedade” de acordo com os DeCS (Descritores em Ciência da Saúde). Foram selecionados os artigos com textos na íntegra, completos e disponíveis de maneira gratuita nos idiomas português, inglês ou espanhol publicados no período 2017 à julho de 2022. A busca ocorreu entre os meses de junho e julho de 2022. Resultados: Foram encontrados 114 artigos no total, 7 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão desta pesquisa. Três dos trabalhos incluídos na pesquisa, tratavam do uso de florais para controle da ansiedade e do estresse em mulheres em trabalho de parto, e outros dois testaram a eficácia do uso de essências florias no controle da ansiedade em crianças que passavam por procedimentos odontológicos e em pessoas com sobrepeso e obesidade. Considerações finais: Mediante a análise dos estudos selecionados para esta pesquisa, foi possível identificar na literatura evidências científicas que comprovam a eficácia do uso da terapia floral em sintomas de ansiedade e. em quaisquer das circunstâncias em que eles se façam presente, seja no trabalho de parto, no quadro de ansiedade desenvolvido por pessoas com sobrepeso e obesidade, bem como em situações de desordens emocionais causadas por violência psicológica ou em sintomas de transtorno de ansiedade generalizada.
