The background of this research is the leadership of the principal of the State Elementary School Sub-district in carrying out its functions, it is not carried out properly. This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of the principal's leadership in terms of influencing, motivating, moving, and directing. This research method is quantitative. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample of this research is teachers of State elemntary School as many as 51 people. The results showed that in general it can be said that the leadership of the principal of the State Elementary School is good with an average percentage of 64.01% of respondents stating always and often.
This research was conducted to find out how students perceive the effectiveness of implementing online education during the corona virus outbreak, and to find out what factors are inhibiting and supporting the implementation of online learning during the pandemic. The research method uses quantitative methods, through descriptive surveys. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interview respondents in this study amounted to 350 students. The results of this study show. Student perceptions of online learning during the pandemic showed that 24.7% of students were satisfied with the implementation of online learning and 75.3% of students expressed dissatisfaction with the implementation of online learning. Student perceptions about the application used zoom meeting 27.4%. the use of the google classroom application is 13%, the etmodo application is 8% and the use of other applications is 7.3%. Students' perceptions about the affordability of access 52.8% can access learning materials anywhere and anytime, and 47.2% say it is difficult to access learning materials. Student perceptions of online learning as independent learning 53.6% said they were satisfied and 46.4% said they were not satisfied. Student perceptions of online learning communication and equity 57.5% said they were satisfied and 42.5% said they were not satisfied. Factors supporting the implementation of online learning are internet quota assistance from the center, flexibility in accessing material (information), developing applications or learning ethnology. The inhibiting factors are increasing costs, uneven network, no variety of methods, and no 2-way communication.
The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of school-based management is viewed from 1) Management of Curriculum Implementation, 2) management of facilities and infrastructure, 3) Management of students, 4) management of educators and 5) management of building school-community relations. Looking at the inhibiting and supporting Faktors for the implementation of SBM at SDN No. 29 Air Tambang. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research instrument used interview guidelines. The results of this study were obtained after conducting research that the implementation of school-based management at SDN no 29 has been running in accordance with the stages of SBM by considering paying attention to, and reading the need to see the opportunities owned by the school, as seen from the results of the implementation of 1) curriculum implementation management it has been implemented seen from the performance of teachers from the principal working together in the implementation of the curriculum 13 , 2) the management of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out with the fulfillment of PBM supporting infrastructure, 3) the management of students has been implemented, it can be seen from the process of accepting new students according to the standards set 4) Management of educators and education staff has been implemented, it can be seen from the procurement process, and placement and improvement of teacher competencies, and 5) Management of building school relations with the community is carried out through involving the community and committees to be involved in school programs.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh “Gerakan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan” dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas mutu manusia Indonesia secara menyeluruh. sesuai dengan amanat Undang Undang Republik Indonesia No 20 Tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, maka dengan itu sekolah umumnya dituntut untuk mampu menciptakan Pendidikan berkualitas. Berkualitasnya Pendidikan pada sebuah sekolah tidak terlepas dari kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan juga kecerdasan emosional guru dalam proses Pendidikan di sekolah. Pada Lembaga Pendidikan kepala sekolah dan guru merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan pada suatu Pendidikan, bagusnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan mampu membentuk guru-guru berkinerja. Jika guru memiliki kinerja yang tinggi akan memberikan dampak pada hasil belajar yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Namun realitanya di lapangan masih rendahnya kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam memahami, dan kurang mengetahui kemampuan-kemampuan serta keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing guru di sekolah, sehingga guru-guru kurang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan pembelajaran maupun ekstrakurikuler dan pengembangan diri siswa. Rendahnya disiplin guru dalam mengajar, masih adanya guru yang belum mampu menyusun perangkat ajar secara mandiri, masih adanya sistem senioritas dikalangan guru-guru sehingga terjadinya konflik antar guru hal ini karena rendahnya kualitas kecerdasan emosional guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kontribusi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja Guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru yang berjumlah 38 orang dari jumlah guru 114 orang yang dipilih secara acak dengan teknik Stratified Proporsional Random Sampling yaitu strata populasi terdiri dari: 1) Jenjang Pendidikan S1 dan S2 dan, 2) Masa kerja yang terdiri dari masa ≥15 tahun dan <15 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan memberikan kontribusi yang berarti untuk kinerja guru sebesar 11,7%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan memberikan kontribusi yang berarti untuk kinerja guru sebesar 21,7%. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan variabel kecerdasan emosional guru secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel kinerja guru sebesar 36.1% di SMA N Ranah Pesisir. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa kedua faktor tersebut memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kinerja
