La salud abarca aspectos subjetivos, tales como el bienestar físico, mental, social, determinados por la capacidad de funcionamiento y de adaptación del ser humano, que posibiliten un buen relacionamiento experiencial. En ese sentido se realizó un estudio con el objetivo de determinar los factores de riesgo que inciden en la salud física y mental de los docentes de la carrera de enfermería. Se empleó una metodología de Investigación-Acción-Participación, que permitió realizar un diagnóstico de las necesidades y problemas en los espacios cotidianos de su actividad. Se listaron y definieron los problemas, según la magnitud, trascendencia, gravedad, el impacto y finalmente priorizaron, tendiendo en cuenta en las causas, efectos y consecuencias. Posteriormente se realiza un plan de acción dentro de un proyecto de investigación. La población estuvo conformada por 10 docentes de enfermería de la universidad de Guayaquil. Que han trabajo por más de 2 años en la carrera y vivieron la experiencia de asumir el teletrabajo en pandemia. Se concluye que los factores de riesgo que inciden en la salud física y mental de los docentes de enfermería de la Universidad de Guayaquil están relacionados con el exceso de actividades que tienen que realizar frente a un computador, los mismo que alteran patrones de vida de cada uno de los involucrados.
Todos los seres vivos tienen la habilidad intrínseca de superar las agresiones o cambios del medio (externo o interno) con el objetivo de seguir vivos y por ende, de preservar la especie, si todo va bien y se está contento con la vida que se lleva, no se hace absolutamente nada, el ser humano ha hecho todo por sobrevivir siendo así que ha ido descubriendo, experimentando y aprendiendo cosas nuevas con el pasar del tiempo.
